Being sent full bill for the following three studies after prior authroizations were obtained: MRI/CT Scan/Bone Density Scan. Bills being sent approximately one year after date of service, again after obtaining prior authorization's for MRI, Bone Density and CT scans. Insight Imaging (now *****) has documented prior authorization numbers previously confirmed in their systems from insurance company. These bills are not deductibles or balances. These are full balances. I have attempted to remedy without any support from insight imaging. As a referring provider I am in shock and I have had similar complaints from my own patients.
