            My son and I signed up for the Feb 12th, 2023 carry class on Jan 28, 2023 and I paid $300 for both of us the same day. My son is excited about it; however, I am no longer interested in the class and I emailed coach *************************** on Jan 29th to ask if I will get a refund if I cancel my appointment. ************************ was nice and emailed back that they will refund the $150 if I cancel my appointment. I cancel the appointment on Jan 29th and I checked my bank but there was no refund, just a $300 charge. I emailed him again Jan 3rd and he emailed me back letting me know that they will do a manual refund. I am not sure how long a refund takes, but my bank still does not reflect the refund. ************************ seems nice and professional, but perhaps he overlooked my refund. So I am reaching out to you to assist me getting my $150 refund. Thank you.

            Excellent place to train. Great facilities and even better instructors. Joe is an awesome instructor with both kids and adults. I and my kids have all trained here for years and I can't give them a high enough rating. Highly recommend you check them out.
