8/30/2021 - Contracted Mover Dudes to move my furniture from Winchester to Middletown - about 20 miles away. During the move, Mover Dudes incurred damage to most of my furniture - breaking legs off, severly scratching, severly scraping and/or dinging. Two items Mover Dudes signed an acknowledgement form. I was told I would get an copy emailed to me, but did not. I did take a picture which is attached. Calling Mover Dudes, no response. Via email, I was told by *********************** (sales rep) that there is no manager to speak with and gave an email address in which to file a claim. At this point, no other contact from Mover Dudes and the insurance claim provider keeps requesting the same information, which is an itemized list and pictures of all the damage. I have requested the insurance claim provider to call me to discuss but they keep sending the same email with the same request for previously submitted information. Extremely frustrating. I have pics, but compressed document is too large.Business response

*******************This is exactly what I have been explaining. A claim submitted with the requested documentation, as much as I have, then they keep asking me for the same information over and over. No one will contact me to explain what the problem might be. No one is even addressing the damages that Mover Dudes admit they incurred. The last email response I sent, I attached the list of damages, estimated cost of items based on my insurance contract, and over 70 pictures. The attached email on 10/19/21 acknowledges receipt of my email. I have asked them to call me to explain what the problem is with the submitted information, but they absoluetely will not discuss this with me.It's funny how "*****" will respond to the **** but has yet to make any effort in contacting me regarding this issue.This company is a nightmare and I need this resolved. See attached pdf - image4.pdf, this shows how long they have been dragging this out, requesting the same information, over and over, even though it has been sent twice. Attached also the information that has been submitted to this company twice.Thank you.*******************Customer response

On May 2-3, 2020, Mover Dudes was contracted to move our property from **********************, Front Royal, VA to our new residence ******************, Berkeley Springs, WV. The workers arrived, had trouble getting into the driveway and commented "we may not be able to get this truck safely out of here once loaded". Once the truck was loaded and the workers tried to leave, they flipped the moving truck on its side, causing property damage. Hours later a tow company was able to finally right the vehicle and get it to an offsite location where our belongings had to be unloaded and loaded into another truck for delivery the next day. As an interstate move, we had 9 months to submit our claim. It was submitted on January 8, 2021. We finally received a response on April 2, with a very low balled offer to settle the claim. We countered on April 2 and received another unsatisfactory counter from the company on April 12. Since then we have emailed and called for resolution with no response.
