I'm thrilled to share my experience with Paramount Builders! They went above and beyond to restore my parents' home with new siding and gutters after they had been taken advantage of by another contractor. Not only did Paramount Builders deliver exceptional quality workmanship, but they did it with compassion and integrity, covering the cost entirely. The new siding and gutters have transformed the appearance of the house, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their post-sale customer service is unparalleled. Regarding their products, they can be summed up as the pinnacle of quality on the market. You can anticipate excellent performance and durability from their offerings.

My salesman was Mike ******** which was very knowledgeable about all of the Kohler products, while adding such warm, friendly, and sympathetic advice. He went above & beyond to get me the particular product that I desired. It was actually a “pleasurable” meet & greet!?? THANK YOU, VA Shower & Bath!!

Disclaimer: My comments are a much abbreviated account of my experience and may include my opinions to which I am legally entitled. It is not my intent to impugn in anyway Paramount or its staff, it is my intention to inform others of my experience. First the saving grace for this company is the subcontractors assigned to my project were very good and I would hire them individually without question. The sales person that visited my home IMO was passive aggressive, untruthful and did not follow through such that the project was doomed to fail from the start. Salesman over priced the work by over 100%. When we asked him out of our home he then wanted to negotiate. We did come to a reasonable price for the work that again, was less than one half the original quote. The window measurement gentleman showed up about two weeks later after we made a phone call to remind Paramount. Showed up late with his girlfriend and dog and apologized for being late because his girlfriend had to use the restroom. Promised by email that our project information had been received and they would reach out in 4 to 6 weeks. After waiting far more than 4-6 weeks we contacted Paramount. We were told that we should have never received the email as it stated an incorrect timeline. We finally called to cancel the order and thankfully this action prompted a call from a Manager. We came to terms and a completion date was established. When the day arrived one subcontractor was a no show and one did come 5 hours late to find that the work could not be completed because they needed a lift. Four days later project is 98% complete and will be 100% next week, hopefully. Efforts to speak with higher levels of the Paramount organization are mostly impossible. I was told by Manager “Ain’t going to happen”. So far as I wait, he was right. It appears the highest level of Paramount leadership gleefully enters my home each morning by TV, but is actually unavailable to speak with an unhappy customer.

I think what Justin showed me is perfect for our house. Our bills will be lower. Justin was very kind and very direct in showing the product. Can't wait to get started. Thank you for a very honest person that didn't mind my cats

ordered windows and when they installed 2 was way smaller then the org. so they ordered 2 more and said 8 weeks to get them. That would have been to what i was told beginning of nov. it is not dec.13 and they call me and want to rush me to their schl or i will have to pay in full. I do not need this stress or being treated and talked to like i am a dog. I am over this company and i am about to tell them to get their windows and shove them. I will have a hole in my wall. They messed up not me and talk to me like i am nothing. this company needs to stop doing this to people and i am so stressed right now it is not funny. i should not have to feel this much stress over window. this company needs to be stopped from doing the wrong thing to people. ASAP
