    I Purchased a 2005 Toyota Camry from A & G Auto on 1/31/22. I purchased this car to meet the needs of travel with my child to and from work, medical appointments, grocery shopping and other normal errands that must be run. After a month of having the car and driving very little my check engine light came on. I took it to ********* ******** on Thursday, March 17. They gave me this list that needed immediate attention: replace water pump and cap to address coolant leaks, replace drive belt as it had been contaminated by oil and coolant leaks, replacement of radiator to remove contaminated component from system, also do a coolant flush. They also gave me a list of things that would need attention soon. That list included: multiple oil leaks, replace molded hoses at power steering reservoir, clean and degrease entire frame rail and subframe and reinspect for additional power steering leaks. On Monday, March 21, I called ******* the manager. He told me to bring the car into ***** Auto and told me that I would pay the diagnostic fee ***** and then they would cover *** of the repair. After filling it with coolant again, I called ***** Auto to let them know I was on my way in with a vehicle purchased from A&G Auto. The car overheated on the drive to the shop. I called A&G Auto to see if they would tow the vehicle to ***** Auto. I was told they do not offer a towing so, it would be at my own expense. I used my last *** towing and got it towed to ***** Auto. It was **** for my portion of the repair this time. On March 26, there was a puddle of coolant under my car. This time it cost *** for the part. On March 31, the coolant was empty yet again. My estimated cost is another **** We are approaching the end of my 90-day warranty and at this time it looks as if the intent is to get the car to the 90-day mark with minimal repairs so A&G Auto is no longer responsible for the vehicle.

    Their customer service is poor. The managers and service team lack integrity and honesty. The General Manager Brenda is very rude, very unprofessional and very ill mannered. Their office lacks communication within the office and their service team. They make several mistakes and never take ownership or apologize for their mistakes or for inconveniencing their customers. This business is only about money and does not care if their customer is left stranded on the side of the road with children due to their lack of professionalism and expertise. They are dishonest . They lie and they can't keep up with their lies. I have never had this type of experience with a business ever and I regret choosing this company. Their General manager Brenda hung up on me twice after I was nothing but respectful to her. Not once did I raise my voice or use any profane language and I was appalled to have such a horrible experience with a general manager. I leased a vehicle from them and the vehicle broke down with less than 30 days. They charged me a diagnosis fee and their service team gave me the wrong diagnosis and the car broke down again 2 days after getting it back from them. They did not take ownership or apologize for their service team mistake. I had to rent a car the first time it broke down and pay for Ubers the second time it broke down. I had to pay for 2 tows that were **** plus each time it broke down. They never said sorry and during the whole entire experience everyone I talked to was rude, unwilling to help and unprofessional. Worst experience ever !!
