  On May 1, 2021 we purchased a Siberian Husky from this pet store. Their advertising stated that puppies could be taken home in the same day. This was not the case. After they charged my account for ****** they would not let me take him home. They claimed we had to wait 3 days to take him home because they were required to give him his booster shots before leaving. This was a lie. I looked at his health records and they did not administer anything to him. On top of that, they lied to me about his health history. They said he was healthy never had any parasites. When I took him to the vet, they confirmed that he did have a parasite and that his body is still suffering from intestinal damage. This dog has been sick ever since I took him out of that pet store. They also lied to me and said he had a *year warranty for health problems. The warranty is 3 days which makes sense of why they lied to me and held him past the warranty date. For the price I paid, I should have a healthy dog.

Hereditary and/or congenital defects that adversely affect the pet's health are also covered by the warranty for up to 4 years. All claims should be submitted to Household Pet Protection ************** as outlined in our Pet Health Warranty Contract. In this specific case, if the customer has documentation that their puppy was seen and treated by a veterinarian for any illness within 14 days of purchase they would be eligible for reimbursement of those vet and/or medication costs. They can make a claim by contacting HPPI either by the email or phone number provided to them on their copy of our Pet Health Warranty Contract. And as always they are free to reach out to us with any further questions and we will provide assistance as needed. They refuse to acknowledge that they held my dog for no reason and lied to me about their warranty. I was promised 4 years worth of a warranty so where did my money go? They lied about my dog's health condition and didn't even bother to apologize. I don't understand how such a dishonest business with 1 star reviews is still standing.
