The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

We paid ***** for them to move our belongings to our new house. They damaged a few of our items . A dresser they scratched up bad because they did not wrap like they were suppose too. They were very careless throwing are furniture around off the truck. Dented our basketball hoop when dropped up against the house being careless. Put several dents in our nice new fridge. Again not wrapped and was very careless. Dropped fridge on my daughters bike . Did not put doors back on the fridge correctly so they will not shut correctly. Made several attempts to call get in touch with them and they would not take our calls or call us back. After several attempts they finally let us talk to one of the workers not the owner. Who agreed to come and fix the doors. Said he would be there at 9am in the ********* never showed or called and again would not take our calls or call us back since. Awful experience I have since read they have a history of this. They should refund us something for the damage
