      purchased 2012 Nissan August 2023. March 2024 from Alars. check engine light on. I called Alars. I had forgot in my contract, I was not to call them for check engine issues or a Turbo Boost Sensor. The owner Al, said I am on my own. I asked if he could defer payment for March get sensor fixed. He refused . I did not pay March payment. They did not come get car. I decided give them another chance to see if they would care about their customers. I was wrong they do not care about anyone on fixed income or the elderly. or caring about their customer . I made a HUGE mistake TRUSTING THIS DEALERSHIP> VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I paid payment for April 5, 2024. to give the another chance. BIG MISTAKE> and Then on April 8, 2024 I had a massive oil leak, April 15, 2024 battery dead. I can not afford to pay high car payment, and fix all the issues with this car. I called April 16, 2024 and told them I would have car towed on April 20, 2024 if cost not over 100.00. If it was 300. I could not pay that. and could not tow it. They would have to come and get the vehicle, the employee hung up on me 3 times. I did not have a cell phone, so I did not lose service. I had a home phone. I asked them to come and get car as it is sitting in my daughters DRIVEWAY AND NEEDS TO BE MOVED> THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST DEALERS IN MY 50 YEARS OF BUYING CARS> NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THIS>

      We are sorry that you had that experience with us here at Alars. We always strive to make sure our customers are taken care of regardless of their financial situations. We do sell our vehicles as is due to them being used cars. We do offer a third party service agreement (warranty) for our customers, which you did take. When paperwork is signed we explain that we do not replace sensors or provide/reimburse for towing. Batteries and such are general maintenance items that a warranty would not cover. As far as your payment that you missed we did work with you because we understood that you needed to get your vehicle fixed in order to continue driving it. We were willing to work with that. As far as the oil leak we advised you to give the warranty company a call to see what they could help you with. Again, we are sorry about your feelings on this experience with us. You did advise us that we needed to come pick up the vehicle and that is what we did at your request. Thank you.
