One star is to high for this company Driver didn't put my package on the porch, he tossed it in the yard and drove away. Resulting in my package being stolen. When I contacted Ontrac about my account saying my package was delivered but I didn't get it, I received an email saying to much time has passed to "open an investigation" (like they're gonna talk to every meth head that passes my house in their big "investigation") and sorry but talk to Someone who cares.Review from Teresa B

If I could give zero star I would. They delivered a package that wasn’t my name nor even in my neighborhood to my house. And said on tracking for my package that my address was incorrect. I tried reaching someone multiple times and got nothing back from them. I will try again tomorrow, this is a joke of a company and people hired that are paying attention when delivering.Review from Jay G

garbage shipping service from every conceivable angle. they're only contracted as a last resort because they're horrific at logistics, delivery and communication. theyve had a package of mine in phoenix for a week, I can't even cancel it because they're contracted through a secondary vendor of walmart marketplace... My package has been rescheduled four times in a week while they hold onto it in phoenix... three hours away my very expensive food item is .... rotting. its long since past the date I needed it, now I'm just waiting in limbo to get a refund, will be almost a month later if they keep their promise and actually deliver it this wednesday...Review from Alex P

Horrible company. They 'misdelivered' or stole an expensive Christmas gift recently with no visual proof of it being delivered elsewhere. Customer service is a joke and doesn't help at all.Review from Cherie L

I think this company is actually a scam? I’m on day 7 (and counting) of my package update saying “Delayed. Delivery date updated.” I see a lot of other people are in the same boat and never receive their packages. This company can’t be real.Review from Rae S

If your package is being sent through them, don’t expect to get it. Every time they touch one of my packages, it says delivered, but never to my address. I’ve also had packages held hostage at their facility. They seem to deliver inexpensive things and keep the expensive stuff. They are making Christmas shopping a LIVING NIGHTMARE!Review from Karie S

These delivery guys at Ontrac are unreliable! They do not respect your wishes despite having an option to leave the deliverer instructions. I specified to not leave packages outside of my door alone to KNOCK! I'll be waiting all day for my package. They never bothered knocking or updating that my package was "delivered" until late. I told them I leave in a tough neighborhood with thieves and told me "they're not responsible" I am furious with the nerve of this company. They couldn't even track my package or bothered to help me find! We warned about Ontrac. Packages never arrive as they should. I don't even believe they even came to deliver at my door like they claim. Either way, if you can't even bother to knock cuz you're too shy to deliver customers their packages, what are you doing!? You're in the wrong. Ontrac are absolutely lousy with customer support. Don't botherReview from Joanna S

Have nothing but trouble whenever I get a package delivered by OnTrac. First they couldn't deliver to the correct door (putting package at a side door with no access). Then just leave the package in the middle of the driveway. Next delivery was to the house behind me on another street. Last delivery was to another house farther farther away, thankfully the homeowner saw the package and was kind enough to deliver it themselves, they were not a neighbor and were from a few miles away. If you file complaints with OnTrac about the delivery including letting them know where the package should be delivered on the property, they say they added it to the address notes. Then the next delivery is worse with the driver being rude, and it just goes downhill with each subsequent delivery till it won't be delivered to your address or even within a couple miles. I avoid purchases with companies that use OnTrac after my repeated experiences with them.
