    Do not buy medical coverage from REMOVEDlicensed agent with US Health Group. I needed to purchase private health insurance policy while I was not working temporarily and sold me a policy that did nothing for me. He did not have my interest/health concerns at heart for what I needed to be covered. I worked at a major health insurance company for 17 years and told him I did not want any surprises with my coverage that I was about to purchase. Instead I got assurance and that his wife had this same plan for 2 yrs and it was so great. Instead the plan sold to me did not cover my office visit nor my prescription due to a pre existing condition, and in order for it to be covered I would have to wait 11 months. So I ended up paying $980 for an RX and $270 for an office visit. At the time of application I had given REMOVEDall my medical REMOVEDat the time of application, and I was approved same day, I should have taken this as a red flag and the fact it is underwritten by Freedom Life Insurance Co (??). After contacting REMOVEDtwo times via REMOVEDI wanted a of my copy of application and he said he would email to me, a week later, I got nothing from him and when I called back he stated he never had this request before and to call home office customer service. I contacted REMOVEDand they were able to send me a copy of my application but it had none of my medical history/medications listed on the application. This just confirms that I was scammed and had to cancel my coverage. I was quoted $521.17/per month. I paid for June $643.46 and July Paid $ $543.46 so even the premiums were not consistent. So I have paid over $2k in total for nothing. I thought I had peace of mind with this coverage. COBRA would have been cheaper. Disappointed and Disgusted from someone who promotes himself so highly having had graduated from a top college. Take Ethics class again!!!!
