If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is a horrible business and should be shutdown. if i wasnt deploying soon, i would sue. i traded in a car with them and forgot my plates on the old car. i called the next day and get them back i was told they were "destroyed" at the place. No big deal, i went to *** marked the car as sold and deactivated the plates. Then in April i recent a camera ticket from said plates. I called the company and said ok i know they are not destroyed and i would like them back please. I was then told they sold my plates with the car. i asked ok well can you contact the customer and get them back, i was told no. i then contacted the *** asking how is this possible for me to receive a ticket if i deactivated the plates in January. I was told because the plates are not supposed to be in use and they were last assigned to you. So now i had to mark them as stolen plates and plan to sue somehow because this experience has *** stressful and draining as i live 2 hours away from this place. BE WARNED DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!!

********. We drove from ******** to purchase a vehicle and when we got there, we were put off and spun for 8 hours as we waited for the car to be fixed. We were not allowed to see the car until the last half hour we were there, as they were trying to get all the engine warning lights to go off. When we finally saw the car, it smelled like marijuana, cigarettes, and ***, very dirty and the pictures online were not even of the same car! We drove all the way from ******** on some fraudulent pictures and misrepresentation. ***** and the sales manager are crooks. This was going to be my sons first car and he was crushed. These crooks should be ashamed of themselves and be shut down for fraud. Their whole lot is full of auction cars with gouged rims and defective equipment that they try to limp to anyone they can sucker into buying from them. Total frauds. Shame on you. BUYER BEWARE!!!

This company failed to carry through with our agreement. I found a car on their website and inquired online about the vehicle. The salesman (*******) stated the car was NOT AVAILABLE at the moment as the vehicle was listed prior to being serviced. As such, he stated he would contact me once the vehicle was serviced and asked that I setup the financials in the meantime which I did. I never heard back so a few days later I reached out, several timesand never heard back. The car was then removed from the website after being sold. A literal unorganized mess from start to finish. I now intentionally screen this company from my search results. ************* and would recommend people avoiding doing business with them.

These people (**** the manager and Arman the salesman) are liars and scammers! My daughter who is currently serving in the *********, recently purchased her first vehicle, a 2022 **** Mustang. The carfax report said it had minor damages and their definition of minor were paint chips, dents etc. However, upon receiving the vehicle there have been numerous costly issues with the car. She purchased it online because she's stationed in another state. The mechanic quoted over 12k in mechanical repairs and she also has to get quote for body shop repairs! This doesn't include money she's spent on other repairs. This car was involved in an accident and barely put back together. I do not know how this car passed inspection when the mechanic from **** says it's not even safe to drive. The mechanic refused to test drive the car and said if it was his wife or daughter he wouldn't allow them to drive it. She purchased this online because it has a green carfax report, but this car is junk. The headlights are being held together with foam!! Yes foam! Again, not sure how the heck this car passed any inspection but they sold it to my daughter anyway. I don't know how people sleep at night taking advantage of people especially ones who are serving the country. Be aware and take your money elsewhere! Again, ***** was the shady salesman and **** is the shady manager avoiding our phone calls!

I had a very disappointing experience with the salesman, *******. He was deceitful and lied directly to my face. When I called him, he put me on hold for 45 minutes, and when I called the next day, he ignored my calls. I plan to file a formal complaint with the BBB because this place is a scam. My rating is -5/5; they are abusing consumers. They added extra fees to my loan and asked me for $500 without explaining what it was for. When I inquired about another car, he told me it wouldnt be accepted by my loansomething I regret believing. They gave me a car with multiple issues, and ******* assured me that everything would be fixed. To my surprise, the car arrived with those same problems. When I called him, he claimed their mechanic said the car would pass inspection. I ended up spending $1,000 to get it fixed. This place has been ripping people off for 19 years, and it's unbelievable that nothing has been done about it. I strongly advise against buying a car here. Spend your money somewhere elsedont make the same mistake I did.

This PLACE IS 100% TOTAL SCAM AND I AM TRYING TO GET A CONSUMER FRAUD ATTORNEY TO TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUE AND TO TRY AND TAKE CARE OF THIS PLACE SO IT CANNOT SELL S*** CARS TO PEOPLE THAT COULD POSSIBLY KILL SOMEONE IF THEY ACTUALLY DID GET INTO AN ACCIDENT!!!! I GAVE IT A 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE IT WOULD NOT LET ME LEAVE ZERO STARS!!!! THIS PLACE 100% SUCKS!!!

CHARLATANS. Lease Return Center sells damaged cars at a premium. This dealer was not willing to compromise or be transparent with the car they were selling. They add $2,000 to $3,000 to the price if you're NOT paying cash. I inquired about a Mercedes C43 which showed noticeable damage to the rear bumper and interior door panel. They still priced the car at top of market range! Most appallingly, they refused to acknowledge the damage which affects market value. This dealer is the most obnoxious group of money-hungry, low-IQ, wannabe big-time, irritating individuals Ive ever had to endure. You will be treated with zero respect and they will attempt to deceive you at every turn. If SATAN runs this place, I would believe it. WARNING: Again, prices are based cash. For finance deals, they will increase the price and they profit off the ******* took two emails where I pointed out the damage each. ***** replied via email stating that's just your point of view. That's how unscrupulous these cretins are. When I pressed him further, he said oh you want a discount? Considering it would cost 2K easily to fix the damage, you bet. You will find Mr. ******** quite arrogant and miserable to deal with.He told me in an email that they sell ***** cars a year (low) and there will be some complaints. More deception.I would not buy anything from them without a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) and the resources to sue them if needed. Perform your due diligence and proceed at your own risk. Caveat emptor!

I work for a small bank that send funds in error to their account. **** confirmed via email that the funds were received and didn't belong to them and he would send a check back to us. The check was never received and it has been months. **** will not call us back or return any emails. Very disappointed that this business would take money that doesn't belong to them.

The carfax they sent me was altered and did not show structural damage, My bank recovered my deposit for me and that really upset the salesman (*******) he sent me threatening text messages stating that I would go to jail. I still have the car and to dealer will take as a trade because of the carfax however I did get my deposit back and the satisfaction of upsetting ******* :)
