    I bought a ****** 370Z in October 2024 ****** ******* told me everything was perfect with the car but they lied they had been working on the convertible top and never fixed it before they sold it to me with less than ***** miles on the car. The convertible frame is broken, the canvas is ripped all around the seams where water can leak in there wasnt even a storage compartment liner where the roof should fold down into so all the motors and wiring are exposed. Than they will not answer the phone or tell me a manager will call me back and never does. These people are crooks and should be shut down and sued. I have already started legal action against these scumbags and the consumer fraud lawyer I talked to knew exactly which dealership I was talking about. Coincidence? No they are known for selling people cars under false advertising and lying about the condition of their vehicles. Do not buy from them ****** ******* is a thief and liar as well as the rest of the dealership.

    In 11/2024 I totaled the vehicle I purchased from this dealer. I had gap and extended warranty coverage and after my insurance company paid out to my lien holder I cancelled both my gap and extended warranty so I could get a refund. My gap was processed and I received my check but not for my extended warranty. The warranty company said it processed the cancellation but the dealer never did anything on their end, its been 4 months ongoing and every time I call the dealership they play phone tag. Transferring me from one person to another and then leaving me on hold or juts flat out hanging up. Im unsure how much money I am owed since the warranty company cannot disclose. I believe the dealer is withholding my money and doesnt want to process the cancellation because it will come out of their pocket. Ive attached an email where all parties are *** from the warranty company.

    I purchased a vehicle on May 22, 2025 from lease return center in Triangle Va va. I started recieving tickets in the mail, after a 3 week investigation it concluded that the dealership registered someone else car in my name also. I informed them of the issue, they have not resolved the issues the car has tickets in my name and by law, I'm responsible for them. They refuse to return my calls, emails, and text.

    I purchase a car from this dealership last year, unfortunately the car was in an accident and totaled. I worked with ********* warranty to get the refund, but since the dealership purchased it they were to get the refund and forward the remaining funds available after any dues owed to the lien holder. I have made several attempts to get this resolved via email and phone. I have been repeatedly ignored. I would like to get my refund so the balance can be paid on the car and I can move on with my life.

    I purchased a car from them in March 2025 at which time they were supposed to *** the noise on the wheels and also they were to buff out the headlights and provide me with heart tags for my vehicle. The price was priced at 16 nine on the site. The price that they gave me on my contract says ***** I put down a $5000 down payment and none of the services that were supposed to be run have been rented at this time that includes. I have not received my heart tags. My lights have not been buffed in my car continues to display concerns after only one month

    I purchased my back in November. I was told about the car and looked at pictures. The price I was told on the phone differed than the price when I went there. I went to look at the car and it was missing pieces like the rear view mirror. This was not shown in the pictures. The gas door (it comes completely off, and still does). The interior was dirty, with a razor blade on the back seat. The process took the entire day. They cleaned it and fixed the missing pieces except the gas door. When I left I was told by ***** he would order the part, and for me to call him. Ive never worked in customer service or sales where its the customers responsibility to call back, but cool. During this time I went to the *** to register the car and they couldnt find it. The car wasnt registered in my name. The *** didnt appear. I contacted the dealer, the bank hadnt received the original paperwork. Cool mistakes happen. I received tags when I went back. Im still waiting for the gas cover. Ive been told by ***** he would call me back and he has not. I continue to call. He told me to come in, and I just watched him order it in person. I he was supposed to call me and didnt. I called again and was told hed call me back. ***** hasnt called me back once the entire process. I cannot continue to call because I also have a M-F career and when I call on the weekends theyre swamped. I just want the gas door so it doesnt fall all the way off when we pump gas. I dont get cars all the time but when I have, Ive never experienced this type of service. Just a heads up for others. They arent rude, just processes could be streamlined a lot better. March 5, 2025 My car was towed because they gave me permanent tags that expired in a month.

    I purchased a car from this company 2 months ago online. I am still unable to get my tag from the *** due to title issues.

    These guys are playing with people times. I live in **, drive to VA to purchase the car. I sold cars before so therefore I negotiated my deal very well of what fees Im not paying for. I clearly explained what warranty package I wanted. We agreed on numbers. I leave my brother to drive the car home while I grabbed dinner, only for him to travel back in an ****. Told us the car needed inspection, had us spend hotel money for the night only to tell us they will ship the car. Then when it came time to ship that was an issue. They charged us for servicing the car, few days later oil light comes on. Fast forward, 3 months later I still have no tags only to find out they scammed me and took my tax money and purchased their warranty for 3k which I clearly explained I did not need. I then found out they put the wrong information in and sent the title to **, idk how. They send me the title but no tags which means I would have to go pay taxes out my pocket, leaving me to pay taxes twice! So I paid 4k in fees, no services done to the car, cant register my car, and Im calling these guys they are NEVER ANSWERING THE ****** This *************** is the worst GM. This business needs to be shut down!

    I purchased an 'as is' vehicle from LEASE RETURN CENTER, contingent on the repair of defects I identified and documented at the time of purchase. Shortly after the purchase date, I returned the vehicle to the dealership to have these defects repaired.The dealership's technicians were unable to repair the defects and advised me to take the vehicle to a *********** center, since the vehicle was still under manufacturer warranty.A *********** technician conducted a comprehensive inspection and identified significant repair issues not covered under the manufacturer warranty, which had not been disclosed by the dealership at the time of purchase. The *** technician indicated that these defects could lead to severe functional problems in the near future if not addressed promptly and recommended that I replace or return the vehicle immediately. The *** inspection report, which I have attached, details itemized repair costs potentially exceeding 25% of the vehicle's purchase price.I promptly contacted the dealership, requesting either repair or replacement of the vehicle. The dealership contested the findings of the *** report and agreed to conduct a further diagnosis. After approximately two weeks, their diagnosis contradicted the *** inspection report, asserting that the parts identified as damaged or defective were "new" and that only minor repairs were necessary.Upon retrieving the vehicle, I discovered collision damage to the front bumper. I immediately contacted the dealerships management team to have the collision damage and minor repair fixed, but they have failed to respond despite multiple attempts.

    On 4/19/2024, I purchased a 2017 XT5 Cadillac from this dealer. When I purchased the car, I noticed the trunk had no bottom, and the key fob did not work. I spoke with the dealer, and they agreed to send me a new key and trunk to my home address as I purchased the car out of state. Less than 24 hours after having the car, the check engine light came on in the car, and several other service warnings came up. I also noted the airconditioning did not work. I immediately called the dealer and got no reply. I drove to the dealership, where I was made to wait for 4 hours. They diagnosed the car and discovered that it needed a new thermostat. They said that they would order on and install it but the part would not come until Tuesday I told them that I could not stay in ******** until Tuesday. They offered to cut me a check for the repair; however, I told them we weren't sure how much such a repair would cost. I said I would take the car to a mechanic here in ******. I took the car, and the estimated cost was $900.00. The dealer told me the warranty would cover the cost; however, when I called the warranty office, they said they do not cover thermostats. I called the dealer and have been getting a run around from the manager and the sales agent who sold me the car. It is clear that they knew about the issues with the car, as I saw the mechanic use the tablet to turn off the check engine light. That came on again after driving a few miles.
