I have been a customer since 8/23/23; having found them on Yelp. We had a man out and all he did was put black traps down, walked around my house and billed me $165.00. I called back and told the representative that our cat killed another mouse and also mentioned I am not happy with the service. They suggested I have someone out which I did 2/5/2024 and same deal put the black boxes down and that is all. Both trips done in 30 mins or less.Then I agreed to give them another chance and they did a quarterly checkup and they did the same thing and charged me $95.00.I recently opened the one small black box in the kitchen and found the poison had plastic around it and none of the traps caught anything..So I called in again and they were to send a man about between 12-2 4/10/24 only to receive all call that he was running late and would be at our at 3. Well 3 comes and goes and I called him and suggested we can do it Thursday 4/11/24 in the 12-2 slot. On 4/11/24 I get a call at 10 and he is available now and wants to come over . I suggested at 12 as we had people still asleep.Well 12 came and went and I called the office and they tell me it is 12-2 and that is not what the tech and I talked about.Suffice it to say I have had it with this company. This has been a half-baked pile of worms from the git go and I even asked the techs do I have mice infestation and was told twice NO. I have no confidence in them and find others actually guarantee their work and dont just take your money and split. If feel totally ripped off. I paid money and still evidence of mice.

If I could give them a negative I would. You do not want to have any interaction with this company. Their technician parked illegally and blocked my car in on a public road. When I asked him politely when he was standing outside his truck, to move the vehicle, he refused. Then I told him I was going to report him to his employer, and got in my car to make the call. He then came to the driver side window and took my picture several times, trying to intimidate me. When he saw I was on the phone he moved his vehicle and sped off. I moved away from the area and parked so that I could continue the call with his supervisor. The technician returned and parked.. The technician them walked down the street and blocked my car in. When I started to move my car he moved and stood inches from my front bumper to prevent me from getting away from him. I asked him to move. His aggressive actions caused me concern. He then yelled at me that he was not going to move and he was going to call the police. Next, he called the police to report that I threatened him by using foul language, a total fabrication. He then told the police, while on his phone, he was standing in front of my car blocking me in and they told him he had to move. This call was all on speaker phone and he repeatedly told me he was recording me. Yes, he was legally allowed to record me. It was done to threaten and intimidate me. He continued to follow/stalk me and then told the police and his employer that I was a racist. My concern is this might escalate to violence but his employer said that I was a racist so his technician did nothing wrong.

Septic inspection was completed by PestNow, on a home that I purchased. The inspection was done with full tanks and false paperwork with an incomplete report. I have called the company numerus times with no response other then the front receptionist stating that someone will call me back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I'm a realtor in northern Va and Pestnow is my go to company. Always on time and provides great'service. Tom Taylor does most of my inspections and he's the best. I always recommend Pestnow to my clients and friends.

Not trustworthy. Office personal is inconsiderate and impatient. Tech's have a problem when questions are asked. I would really like to know if this company holds a license with the register of contractors and are they licensed and bonded?
