I ordered a product I spent several hundred dollars The product is open tempered one I called the company and they are willing to give me a quarter of the money back and I spend this is ludicrous that was a good one this is not how you do businessBusiness response

I purchased a ********* **** elite trainer box from blowoutcards.com and when I opened the package, I noticed that the box and card packs had been tampered with. They had been opened and resealed and I recorded it from the moment I opened the box for proof. They do this to take out the good/valuable cards and replace them with less important/less valuable cards in each pack. This is the video of the first opening: **************************** Thinking it was a one-off event from a bad apple, I reached out to support team and had them pick up the box and send me a replacement one. Today I received the replacement box that they sent and once again, the box and packs had been tampered with, opened, and resealed. I recorded it as well as I had a feeling that this was not a one-off event but rather their norm: ******************** They need to be held accountable and sued given that they are selling to thousands of kids and people who don't know and are selling them tampered products!!Business response

Please note boxes that were shipped are from factory sealed cases.
Please watch your video you state you never opened one before and everything looked intact. You saw minor imperfections in foil packs and claim we reseal.
I have been in business for over 30 years and your accusation is absurd.
