I requested service from Donmar on 6/30/21. Technician ****** arrived at my home on 7/1/21 to diagnose a low air flow problem. I was asked whether I wanted to pay for the service that day, or have an invoice sent to me. I assumed I would soon receive a bill in the mail but the bill was never mailed, it was emailed and I didn't realize the company had emailed me on 4 occasions, 7/1/21, 7/9/21, 7/29/21, and 8/9/21. The total amount due was $229. It wasn't until 8/31/21 that I received threatening letters from a Rapid Recovery Collections company, one dated 8/24/21 and the other 8/26/21 (See attachments below). This correspondence was after 60 days of the original service. The letter threatened legal action and instructions to ONLY contact Rapid Recovery. On the morning of 9/3/21 I contacted Donmar and spoke with ****** who refused to take my full payment including the fees added to the bill and told me to call Rapid Recovery. This sounds like a scam. I want to resolve this issue asap.Business response
