              I've been filing taxes with Aotax past 4years and I haven’t had any issue until 2020. So I've approached them to find out why aren’t my taxes filled yet. They apologized for the inconvenience they've caused and gave me a reason that due to the pandemic they couldn’t serve their customers and gave me a gift card worth 200$ & filled my 2020 tax too. All thanks to shashank for his sweet approach to sorting out my issue. So yeah I guess I’ll go with Aotax and hopefully everything sails like before.

              Dear all, BEWARE of this firm. They are highly unprofessional, very poor service, and have lack of knowledge. They have filed my taxes incorrectly and upon receipt of IRS notice, the team said we did itemized deductions so as to give you maximize returns. For itemized deductions, they are making customer responsible. They are really not experts / tax consultants, but just doing pure clerical jobs. For every single return they will try to do itemized deductions so that they get big money with Schedule-A filling charges. Just like other people reported here, they have asked me to pay whole money back to IRS and that's what they call as "Free Audit Support". Overall worst tax filing experience and would NEVER ever recommend anybody to file through them!!!

              Please stay away from these ppl. Once you pay the amount for them to file the return there is no support at all. In fact they dint file my returns yet and no one is even answering the call.
