      After paying for the service AOTAX has stopped responding to my messages. My spouse name in the tax filing forms is incorrect and I have been requesting them to change it ever since. Left multiple messages on their website, tried calling their CC number 1-888-MY AOTAX/1-888-69 26829 - this number only plays recorded messages, sent messages on their twitter account. Till the time they wanted me to pay, they would call every day (sometimes twice a day); after making the payment they behaved like this. To avoid any risk I am forced to file for extension with the IRS.

      I was told that a FICA tax return will be prepared after filing of joint federal tax return. Once they filed my joint tax federal return, they've disappeared.

      I used this service to file my taxes. They submitted everything. However, they made a big mistake and I received an "audit/correction" letter from a state tax agency. This was in March. Since then, I have tried to get a hold of someone at this organization to help resolve this. Not only was my issue ignored for over 2 months, no one replied to my numerous phone calls, emails, etc. Obviously I missed the tax deadline to submit a rectified tax return. I have been contacting this agency for the past 2-3 months and every time I am left hanging at "someone will call you back" and this never happens. This business should not be allowed to conduct business if they are going to work this way because this impacts consumer's tax returns which can incur penalties if not done properly.
