Exterior medics installed windows in my home over three months ago. During the installation 2 windows were damaged. The company ordered replacements sashes in the wrong size. Since that time the company has fired the original project manager, failed to complete a paint project associated with the project, failed to replace the windows, failed to keep accurate records of change orders, and is unable to provided accurate information about when the project will be completed. They have blamed the fired employee and supply chains. Neither the project manager reassigned to the project or his bosses seem to care about the customers. It has taken two attempts to reach the project manager on 01/27/23. When contact was finally made, he said I received a note about your call but there was no call back note. If a customer is calling to get an update on a project why wouldnt you call them back. It is apparent this company does not care about correcting and finishing projects

We are happy to report that the project has been completed and the issues have been resolved. The two windows were reordered and installed. And a credit toward the final payment was given for the painting work. We appreciate the feedback and again apologize for the inconveniences you experienced.
