      Initial repair visit was on 3 Nov. 2021 to repair a gas dryer that would not dry. Diag. was two bad sensors. Next visit was nearly 2 weeks later with no contact from the tech or business office regarding status. The second visit resulting in determining the valve was bad. No contact regarding status on part order was received until 29 Nov. when 3rd visit was scheduled for 1 Dec. The 3rd visit resulted in the determination that the gas orifice was bad. Tech stated he would contact us when part was ordered. Based upon past experience, we ordered part. I informed the tech when part was ordered and expected delivery. Tech was contacted when part arrived and he stated he would contact us after checking his schedule. As of this complaint, we have not heard from tech. Based upon the company's actions or rather inaction, we are not a priority and being without a clothes dryer for a month does not seem to mean anything to an appliance repair company.

      We have tried to reach this customer to resolve the issue; however, the customer did not answer his phone or return the call. We served him in the pandemic and sent him a technician the first time who diagnosed the problem and charged him the service charge. He went back with two parts and the dryer started working but it needed one more part to make it work safely. The customer said that he will order the part himself and let us know when it arrives. He called the office to inform that the part has arrived. We asked our technician to contact him to install the part. He did not pick up the phone or return his call. We tried to reach him a few times unsuccessfully. According to his complaint he does not want to pay us anymore money which we never asked him to do so. We never called him to pay us anymore money and do not understand why he is complaining. We called him today three times and he never answered again. We left him a voicemail to call us back to resolve the issue as soon as he responds. We are more than happy to resolve this issue. We do not need anymore money from him and never asked for more money. Please let us know if you need anymore information from us. Thank you.
