***** the owner of Shift-N-Go Transmission seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy but that wasnt the case. I paid $4800 to rebuild my transmission and it came with a three year warranty. It took him four months to rebuild it and after three weeks the transmission failed. I had my truck towed back to his shop on my dime and he proceeded to keep my truck for another 5 months. Every week he told me it would be ready and every week it was another excuse on why it wasnt done. Finally he said the transmission was done but found another issue so I picked up the truck and took it to another shop and fixed the exhaust issue. When finally able to drive it I found out that the transmission had not been fixed at all. I took it too another shop and found out that the transmission was indeed burnt up and needed to be replaced. ***** has yet to refund my money nor contact me back. He continues to give me the run around. Upon research into this guy this isnt his first shop and when things go south he closes up shop and has a family member open another one to dodge lawsuits. He and his family need to be stopped. Who knows how many other people they have done this too.

I own a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 In January of 2025 my 6l80E transmission failed and needed repairs. I found this shop contacted the owner and got all the needed information to do the repairs. I dropped my truck off on January 27th 2025 to have the initial repairs done. I then got the notice that my truck was done and repairs had been made three weeks later. I proceeded to pick my truck up on February 18th 2025.The truck still ran rough from the moment I got it back. Called the shop and was told that it was a break in period. After running rough for several week the transmission started acting and running very very bad. Contacted the shop once more being that I had a warranty on the transmission and work that had been done. I dropped my truck back off on the 21st of April 2025. There has been ample communication via phone call and text message. I have received messages and been told that the truck will be ready this day or that day, or its being worked on now or my vehicle will be gotten to next. It has been 66 days since I have had my vehicle at the time of this complaint. I do not wish any ill towards the company or the owner I just want my property back and my property repaired according to the warranty and the money that had been paid.
