Class dates 10/3/22-10/26/2022 Class advertised 32-40 hours My instructor taught less than the advertised time. I informed the school on 10/25/32 and they refuse to refund. I was advised that instructors can select the amount of time they instruct regardless of what was advertised.Business response

Good Afternoon,Ms. ******* reached out to our organization on October 25, 2022 via live chat to inquire about the hours of her ** Salesperson classroom course stating they were shorter than advertised. We explained that our trainers can base the classroom time on the progress of the students in the current class. Also, we reminded her that part of our classroom package includes online required work as well to reinforce the learnings. This specific classroom class was doing great, so the trainer asked if they would like to depart early to allow additional time to work online. The class was in agreement which is why there were evenings that the class ended earlier, after the scheduled curriculum for the day was covered. We attempted to discuss that with Ms. ******* in the chat and when the online conversation wasn't successful we reached out via telephone. We were able to verbally discuss the situation with Ms. ******* on October 26, 2022 and at the end of the phone conversation, agreed to refund the cost of the tuition and did so. I was later surprised to find this complaint as the conversation between the Moseley Real Estate Schools Employee and Ms. ******* was positive and her refund request was granted during that verbal conversation.
