I have worked with Mack and Mike on several properties. I am an investor and I purchase properties to hold as rentals. Mack and Mike find opportunities where the seller doesn't want to have to worry about fixing up the property and can cash out of it quickly and I like finding properties that I can fix up and rent and on which I can get a good deal. In each of my interactions with them they have been extremely forthright and presented the property to me with all the information they knew about it. I never felt like they were holding anything back and in each situation where I met the seller they seemed very pleased with Mike and Mack's service. My trust level with Mack is so high that the last property I purchased from them I didn't even go to the property, Mack told me everything about it and that was good enough for me.

Mack was my first contact. We agreed on selling price of my mothers estate. The extenuating circumstances required longer to close than expected. Mike got involved and worked diligently to handle the circumstances that arose. Unique to say the least. No will, death of an heir, minor involved, liens against property. Above and beyond service. Highly recommend Quick Fix Reality. They could have pulled their offer at any juncture. Always kept me informed every step of the process and informed me of items I had to complete. I had a meeting with Mack D****** of Quick Fix Roanoke to look at some properties I am considering letting go of since they need a lot of work. I have been in Real Estate for over 45 years and wanted to take a moment to say how professional and pleasant Mack was. He is clearly a family man interested in representing himself well and showed me integrity throughout our experience. I was initially predisposed to a negative view and he quickly overcame that with educated suggestions and observations. We were not able to strike a deal because I have too much into the properties, but I wanted to set the expectation for anyone else who may use Mack and his team that they are there to offer a possible solution only. You won't be pressured and you always have the option to turn them down, but keep in mind that they also have to make a living so the offer is usually lower than you might want.
