  My name is Mr. **** ** ********, I hired a Mr. Albert Carico, owner of Carico painting and bathroom remodeling. Who goes around during business and lying to people that he has a contractor's license to work on their bathrooms and homes. When he knows that the BBC, has gotten on him several times for lying to his customers about his license that he states he has but when question about it he will not show it to me.. But, he continues to tell me he has one. He even posted one on one of his many advertisement sites he has which is not listed in this state nor and other state. Well, I can go on but, I only have a few more lines left I can use. He has damage my bathroom and left me in the dark. He had to remove tiles because he do not know how to cut them nor to measure them. He has gotten around $7.000.00, out of me and have done not one thing right in my bathroom. Now, he will not even e-mail me or call me or call me back and it has been over a month. I have pictures to prove it.

  I dont even know where to start with mr.******** for 1 he dont even know the right name of my company 2nd i have pics emails ect stating he liked the work he was happy an so on 3rd before we started the project i met him an his wife at ***** on 3 different times to pick the tile they wanted out they stated all 3 times they wanted this tile when we laid out the bathroom they was happy he decided he wanted to add boxes in the wall ect i didnt charge him to take it down an add boxes for him after we did that he came in the bathroom again an said it looked good so we moved on to laying the tile we did the walls i had him come back in an look he said yes it was gd keep goin then we laid the floor out i had him come bk in an look at it he said it was great then when was bout done wit the grouting he came to me an said we laid the wrong tile an so on i was like **** this is what yall picked out with that being said he wants me to take my money an pay for the new tile an pay for labor i told him no but i would work with them an id do half the money jst to make them happy it wasnt good enough so no i will not responed to him he is now stole my tools an said he wont let me have them bk til i come talk to him thats stealing an its being handle the right way.his even agreed they picked that tile out.i did my part an went out my way for him

  I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This vendor is not telling the truth once again. He continues to lie and is very delusional to say the least. He will not mention anything about the lie about him telling me that he has a license. He continues to say that we got the wrong vendor name when he has used different names on different sites. He do not call me or answer my e-mails nor mail. If we were happy with his work why would he damage our bathroom. Further actions need to be taken on this vendor   not satisfied with this resolution.The tile installation looked terrible.  He did not know how to cut tile, it looked like a child had done it.  When we confronted him, he agreed he did have a problem cutting the tile and said he could fix it.  He took all the tile down, damaging the walls in the process and has not been back.  He owes me for the unfinished job and damages he caused tearing the tile down.
