      This is a fraudulent company. They auto debt customer accounts tacking on innumerable fees. I called twice to remove the auto debt and was told I cannot. Then another rep assured it was removed; however, they continued to auto debt my credit card. I tried to access the account and repeatedly received "the acct number isnt recgnized." I called a rep and was told it has been corrected. Lies!! I finally canceled my debt card wirh my bank to which I never had to do in more than 10 years. This company is FRAUD. CANCEL YOUR POLICY AND GO ELSEWHERE...CANCEL YOUR DEBT CARD IMMEDIATELY.

      First and foremost, I believe that Elephant insurance engaged in deceptive practices that misled me into agreeing to terms and conditions that were not adequately explained or disclosed.Furthermore, the conduct of Supervisor ******, [Representative ******], [****], and [**** ****] during my interactions with them was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. They displayed a lack of empathy and failed to address my concerns in a timely and effective manner. Instead, they dismissed my inquiries and provided misleading information, further exacerbating the situation.In addition, they failed to fulfill their contractual obligations and provide the level of service that was promised to me as a customer. This has left me feeling frustrated and betrayed, as I trusted your company to act in my best interests and protect my financial well-being.I demand that they take immediate action to rectify this situation and compensate me for the financial losses and emotional distress that I have suffered as a result of their misconduct. Furthermore, I expect [Insurance Company Name] to conduct a thorough investigation into these allegations and take appropriate disciplinary action against those responsible for this unacceptable behavior.

      One of there insurers hit me from behind March ******************************************************************* my arm and my son had an lumber strain injury they only offered us 750 a piece I took the 750 but Ive gotten an lawyer and Im gonna proceed with an lawsuit because the pain in my arm is unbearable this insurance company is not good

      I was given a fee after canceling my services, because I did not want to leave my card on file. My bill was up-to-date and yet because I did not feel comfortable with my card being on their files after my service was ended ! I was told I get a fee because I dont want to leave my card on file so, in other words, in case of fee is incurred, which legally I should be allowed 30 days to pay. I received a fee because they didnt want to allow me those 30 days to pay. Keep in mind, I was not behind nor have I ever paid late and have been with elephant for year. So, this was little disheartening to say the least. In the future, I will not be using their service.

      Horrible. I made a horrible mistake getting insured with them. I had someone hit my car and run. My limit for uninsured property damages was 50k. They are refusing to pay the 16k for repairs, covering 12k and leaving me with the rest of the bill. Ive never experienced this with other insurance companies. Ive learners my ******* Buyer beware of Elephant products/insurance.

      Been with them for for 4 years my car was hit nov 15 2023, so this is the 1st claim I have filed with them My car still is not fixed I go today to get my rental and the rental was cancelled. Last week they told us to wait for the rental place to call us but never got a call, so this week we get a call, set up rental just to find out it's been cancelled. I'm switching

      I got in an accident last year that was not my fault and they charged me $100 more per month because of it. Then when my policy was set to renew this January they told me I now had to pay $700+ per month! This is my only accident on record and I have never had a ticket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are criminal. Progressive offered me the same coverage for $250/month. Elephant customer service and claims is abhorrent as well. Absolutely 0 communication and you can never actually get ahold of your claims adjuster until they need something but if you need something they won't answer or call you back. Literally the worst insurance company I have ever had. If I could put negative stars I would.

      i don't know how the state of ******** allows this business to stay open or conduct business at all. I was hit head on by their insured as she was driving and texting. Elephant accepted liability. And still has not paid me for anything. I have filed complaints with the Department of Insurance and I called Elephant today and conveniently the message says they are closed but lists online hours and on the phone office hours and they should be open. I am so frustrated. I am going to loose my home and be homeless thanks to them pretending like they are not required to pay based on the letter of the law. Who can help. If not the state and the BBB. What? Why do the lawmakers think that I can pay an attorney for a civil case as i live in cardboard box. The state and BBB should be making these companies do what they are paid to do. It is a breach of what they said and advertise that do.

      Much like other reviews, I called to cancel my policy IN ADVANCE (my renewal date was 1/16/24 and I called on 1/5/24 to make sure that I did not owe any additional fees. I was told by a representative that I did not owe anything as long as I cancelled by 1/16/24. I chose to set up 1/15/24 as my end date one day ahead of the renewal to be safe. Now, today, they billed my bank account for $306 for "past due balance from the beginning of my policy back in 2021" and according to them I have been carrying a balance since then. THEY DO NOT COMMUNICATE WELL, and when I was transferred to a supervisor I was told that the representative "misspoke" and the balance was actually from 1/1/24 to 1/125/24 - even though I was assured that I did not owe anything for cancellation when I called in on 1/5. Don't even get me started on how bad they were to deal with when I had a claim back in 2022. Worst experience ever and I had to haggle with them to fix my car back to it's new condition.
