Kelleher is an excellent company. The technicians are all knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The schedulers are too notch. They have handled all aspects of my house and I feel so comfortable knowing they are always there to help. Im so thankful I live in a city with such an amazing company. We have been working with Kelleher for nearly ******************************************************** any other company. Kelleher has always taken the best care of our home. In fact the same technician has taken care of us for nearly 20 years! We wouldnt have anyone else.Review from Lou S

I needed a plumber right away to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. Two guys came quickly and said I needed a new faucet. They drove to ****** and picked up the model of faucet I selected from an online search of in-stock faucets. They installed it quickly and were courteous, but after they left the cold water was only coming out in a trickle. I called to report the problem and the phone rep asked me to check that the cold water valve was turned on which it was. They promised to send a technician to investigate. While I had someone on the phone, I asked why the price for the faucet I selected was double the price that ****** charged, and the rep said they charge extra when the technician has to pick it up instead of the customer getting it. The technician did give me the option of going to the store myself, and I would have done that if I had know the charge was $75 for them to pick it up. I will not use this company again.Review from Jim H
