They sold my social security number to the "dark web". I received an alert that my data was sold and they were the last people I had any interaction with with my credit and personal information. All of these companies including the credit reporting bureaus demand a SSN in order to proceed or they'll hang up on you and not help. So now I'm screwed. I'm trying everything I can to clean this up but I am not allowed any help from the bureaus.

Account got closed for some asinine reason, called to get reinstated, the employees said that there isn't much they could do. If they could reopen my account, then everything would be fine.

Today I received an unsolicited credit card in the mail from *****, issued by ***********. Last I knew, it was illegal to send an unsolicited credit card in the mail. I called Capitol One to ask about it. The customer service agent hung up on me when I explained why I was calling.Can ******* use US Mail to send unsolicited Credit cards to ***** charge customers?

I disputed charges months ago, received no communication. Was not notified via email, phone, or email so I assume no further assistance was needed. Only to check my account to see that the charges had been replaced. I called to inquire why, and was told I did not provide any documentation to back my claim. I had already given testimony to the reasons for my request, and was not informed to provide any evidence, which I have. So after that second call I then followed the next steps per Capital ones request. Still no resolution. Long story short, I paid off the balance and am no longer a customer. Beware of this company and lack of customer support when grave errors are made by a merchant.

False disclosure about their benefits. Capital One Venture offers a price match for better travel deals, it is on their closure, but they don't provide this price match to customers. Be aware of their false closures before applying to a new card.

Capital One customer service did not assist me with requested hardship help. Instead they asked me for payments. As a single mother recovering from hurricane, bills, back to school shopping, and helping one of my sons through college has been challenging. I've been with Capital One for year & this is the first time I've had any type of issue. I have NEVER had a late payment. There should be some sort of hardship program offered for every company. I plan to close all accounts after paid in full.

absolutely terrible policy on credit card limits,absurd company - completely broken. I have two cards with them. One rebates 3% on all groceries, no limit on amount. Great. Another rebates 2% on all purchases. On the first, my credit limit is $1500 which is too low. The other is $35,000,which is appropriate with my financial situation. Capital one REFUSES to raise the rate on the low card!!! Telephone support says - sorry, can't help you, we have no information to help you. My FiCO score is 840, $125,000 available on all credit cards. And capital one won't increase the $1500 limit? Can't say why? Can't help/answer questions? Amazing the ** I will do for 1% extra on grocery purchases. I hate, Hate, HATE this company.

Capital one requested paperwork about my business. I called capital one and the lady I spoke with told me that they will return my paperwork. (Phone calls are recorded on the end) I sent original since they told me they will be return. I called 2 weeks later and told me that paperwork wont be return. If I knew it will be not returned, I would send different ones not originals. I called and spoke to manager and he does not acknowledged or apologize about lies that agents gave out to us. I just need my files back as promised. On the requesting letter says copy that is why I called capital ones to make sure what they need. The letter should have noted that file will not be return but it wasnt noted. I dont know how this is legal to do business like this.I filed complaints.

I'm SO MAAAAAAD that is I misspelled my complaint please IGNORE...I had been a Capital one Customes for over 10 years or maybe more since I can't remember the years. I have to tell you that, as years gone by my interest is only getting worst with them. I never seems to pay my low balance and as I found out today my Interest is 28.1% with my credit score of 750 +. I has made double payments from as far as I can remember and still my interest is the same as it fees that even when my payments gone 3 times within the month my balance never ends. Also had a $40 Late fee Due that I didn't know why and made me called them. Does anyone else feels like this is getting RIDICULOUS? I think it's time to fight back ang find ways for the publics attorneys to get our moneys back. Hopefully we get enough complains ai I mention the **************** SUPERVISOR that I was recoding that conversation where he told me there nothing to do anything to lower my account interest and I should call again for them to tell me the same. If teres no other way than having to SUIT the *************** in credit line, I Will make sure attorneys reaches out to everyone here to have as many signatures in our complains suit for them to no take advantage of customers again, as it was ********** ********************* and as I recall DRE. REMEMBER UNITED CAN MAKE THINGS BETTER!!! Is our money.CAN AN ATTORNEY READ THIS AND CONTACT US?

I was a victim of Fraud/scam .These hackers apparently were helping me get my balances paid off for a fee. Once they make the payment all of them bounce and Capital One is charging me for the payments that I didn't made .
