I provided notice with previous property owner, the terminate lease. I paid rent and termination fees through online portal for remaining charge to close out lease. After successfully paying all remaining charges and rent and turning in keys to unit ****. I received another **** for similar charges but also including new charges - trash, water. I've sent several emails to remedy with no attempt to address the issue. I also tried contacting the phone number provided on the invoice but receive notice they were unable to take me call due to high call volume, so I left a voice message with no return call. 1) I've already paid rend and early termination fees that I've attached 2) I advised that I moved in the unit 3 years ago and since then this is the 3rd property owners, I advised that the items they are charging me for were there prior to me moving and and I provided that information to the property owners at the time which was added to my file. I advised they need to review or reach out the those owners to retrieve that information. 3) I requested an invoice for water charges as I left the unit well before the lease end date and was told I would be charges for trash/water one keys were turned in, I have yet to get a meter reading for the unit for the charges related on the invoice. I have attempted to resolve these issues but has been unsuccessful nor been able to have someone actively look into my account to remove the charges sent in error.
