I did a lot of research before settling on Removaly. Had some interaction with one of the owners before I even paid a penny. Super responsive when I had some concerns. Bottom line, they do exactly what they say they will. And they do it quickly. Highly recommended!

For the record, this is the first time I have ever posted something positive on BBB... As someone that is well versed in Cyber Security and Customer Service - I am truly blown away by this company's product, promises, and customer service. I initially found Removaly while researching one of their competitors. After comparing side-by-side, I went with Removaly strictly on price point. I found it to be the fairest of any other offer/ quote I received for a similar service. It wasn't until I submitted a question that I fully understood how far this company truly goes to make sure your experience is above and beyond. Special thanks to Kyle for his responsiveness and dedication to ensuring my understanding of what they do. You rock my friend! Since I have only been a subscriber for a few days I will say this to anyone on the fence about their service: 1. Their marketing is straight to the point, no overpromises (if anything they underpromise and overdeliver). 2. Their product works and does what it is designed to do (I personally verified their work to make sure). 3. Their dedication to servicing their customers is unmatched by any other service I am currently subscribed to. I know this start-up is going to go far. Best of luck to all those involved in this project. I am very happy with this service and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Speaking directly with an owner or co-owner of a company is rare, especially on your first encounter. Kyle was the most empathetic and personable human that was truly invested in helping me. He went out of his way numerous times to ensure my satisfaction. I will be sharing this website with my friends once I start seeing actual results from their work.

I was looking for a company that had the interest of their clients best results. In the last couple of days I have had VERY LITTLE SPAM MAIL, which has gone down considerably but the second thing is that I have gone from 6-8 robo calls a day to at least 2 BUT THEY ARE FROM CHINA...which means the deep removal is work.... And these two actually answer their emails... OUTSTANDING REMOVALY..

Top notch. I tried the well known competitor at first but much preferred these guys. They search daily and are so great to work with, customer service is awesome. Such thoughtful replies and so helpful. They have been wonderful. Zero complaints. I'll keep this service for years.

I heard about Removaly on Reddit. Someone there had used the site and was really happy with their service, so he posted a link. I went right away to check it out. I signed up that day. I was really happy with the customer service. I had a couple of questions and received return emails almost immediately from one of the co-founders, John Bourscheid. Within 24 hours, I started getting notifications of my info being removed from specific sites, and of removals that were pending. As of today, one week later, of the 46 sites submitted for removal, all have been removed, and only one is pending. I can't even imagine the hours, and hassle, it would have taken me to do this manually. This is such a great service; well worth the subscription price, for the peace of mind. They continue to monitor and remove as needed to, it's not a one shot deal. Great job to the developers!

20 January 2022 It's important to recognize and reward outstanding work. I am taking this opportunity to recognize the tech specialists/owners of REMOVALY for their outstanding and amazing work. I paid two different well-advertised businesses *** ********** *** ********** ********* for many years to remove my military photograph off of ** **** and for whatever reason they couldn't accomplish this task. Soon after hiring REMOVALY they easily identified the problem and initiated the processes to remove my military photo. Dr. Eliza ********** Lt Col, USAF (Ret)
