I live in a condo where board members are abusing their power and are getting us towed for no reason. Aristocrat guy said, he didn't have to tell me why my car was going to be towed. A board member called to get it towed. This is definitely illegal in my opinion.

Crooks do not support them in any way they are struggling and will rob you trust me pls don’t use them

Predatory towing , i am currently seeking legal action against an illegal tow

Terrible company that steals your car you tell them you need the evidence they have for toeing you that they say they have then show up only to be told we only send it to the HOA so you are basically blackmailed to pay to get your property back with out them showing just cause. Ridiculous employees are rude on top of everything.

Placed a mechanic's lein on a stolen car, caused weeks of delay to remove said lein. Putting a mom and her son out of a car for even longer because they only staff 1 "dmv guy" whom apparently was on vacation causing even further delay. You have multiple yards all over the hampton roads area, I expect better from someone making all of these I'll gotten gains.

YOUR Family's ARE NOT SAFE WITH ARISTOCRAT TOWING BEING ACTIVE AT ALL! My personal experience with aristocrat towing was absolutely horrible. The workers never bother to state their name, they are disrespect, rude, leave you with unanswered questions, like to invade privacy, Instigate fights, and worst of all advertising for their prices are incorrect for GATED COMMUNITIES THAT ARE CONDOS!!! - First of all no matter how many times you talk to this company they will fail to state their names when face to face and in person every time. It doesn't seem to fail. It also doesn't seem to fail to hold their tongue and show a form of respect for elders, public safety, and teachers as well. They are straight disrespectful. They will cuss in your face and on the phone. It doesn't seem to matter who you are. To top that they also like to try to make people fight them, almost ever single time. Second They will leave you with unanswered questions. Wondering why your car is being towed even though everything is valid on your car, and you have proper parking passes?! Dunno I guess they just felt like towing you because they had nothing else to do. They also enjoy looking inside vehicles, and also like to get up under cars too. We all see that don't worry Aristocrat. - If you think your calling the right people or hiring them for any form of towing honestly your just endangering YOURSELF, and your community with children, teachers, public services, elderly people, Military, Navy, and other providers in our life. They are absolutely horrible. Inside your own safe community - you aren't safe, we aren't safe. . Don't think it's done when you go to get your vehicle either because it isn't. They will say their machines are down and they can't give you a receipt, and also lie about damages too your cars. They will also steal an extra 60$ from anyone they tow, even tho signs are posted for $***. Unless that's my experience of course.

Towed my car for no reason. Got it back at no charge. But it was a hassle trying to contact this company. They are very rude and not helpful whatsoever. Predatory towing is what this company should be called

My son’s car was towed at the oceanfront from a 7-11. 11th st. VB. He was on the sidewalk talking to a friend and his car was parked in the lot. This is the 7-11 they get drinks and snacks from often. They were standing on the side walk deciding where they wanted to go for dinner. They did stand there and talk for about 20 minutes but the parking lot was empty and only 1 customer in the store. The driver would not speak to him. There happened to be a VBPD in the store for another reason. He went to ask if he had called the truck and that he was right here. The VBPD officer did not call the tow company. The tow truck was driving off with the car now. The police officer helped him figure out who to call. The lot is monitored by video and when they stepped on the sidewalk at the store I guess they “stepped off the premises” My son then called. The man who answered cursed at my child telling him not to ***** argue and that they were on the sidewalk and that’s why the car got taken. My son was like I just need to know where the car is. The man told him to figure it out and hung up. My son looked up the company and saw the Norfolk address and a friend started driving him to downtown Norfolk. My son then called me. I called the company and asked where my car was. I wasn’t mad. The man began SCREAMING at me. I was trying to figure out what happened and how to get the car. Dispatcher then started cursing at me. I had to call 3 times after being hung on to figure out what city the car was in. It was just a few miles away from the 7-11 in VB. My son was now in Norfolk. I was never angry acting at this man. He acted as if he was on drugs and out of his mind. I can’t even begin to describe how mean and hateful he was. It was actually psychotic. I want this business to be held accountable for being scam artists and verbally abusing people. Read all the complaints online. I was shocked at all the similarities. He also refused to tell me his name or the manager’s name.

I think Aristocrat Towing lurks around our neighborhood after everyone is asleep and steal vehicles. They're acting like hired guns used to harass and intimidate residents. They do this without prior notice or consideration of the Homeowners rights. This is wrong, so beware
