So I have been a current customer of Bay Disposal for over four years in Corolla, NC. Up to this point we have had pretty good, reliable service. However, I called two weeks ago for bulk pickup and we keep getting skipped. Others in our neighborhood have had their items picked up. These items are heavy, and difficult to move around. I just need the trash (large bulk items) to be removed. Yet it has taken six calls, broken communications from customer service, and false hopes that you are going to pick up on a special day. I just need these bulky items removed. I don't want any additional mis-information. I'm not satisfied as a valued customer. Please change your recorded message so that you are not providing false information. I'm sorry your whole team has had Covid. (At least that was one of the reasons I was given.) but then why did you pick up my neighbors bulk trash and not mind.

On August 6, 2021 I called to start service and was told that my garbage can would be dropped off the following Tuesday. Three weeks later and no garbage can has been dropped off. Calling today August 25, 2021 I have come to find out that they are booked out for garbage cans until October. On August 6 they debited the *** some dollars out of my account to pay for the service that I would not be able to receive since they didn't have a garbage can for me. I understand that Covid has caused many complications within businesses but someone could have notified me that my service would be that delayed.Review from Alison W

No trash pickup for over three weeks. Twenty to twenty-five phone calls to customer service. Directly lied to at least 6 times when they told me we were scheduled for pick up that day. My new hobby is my twice daily phone call to Bay Disposal. Their cowardly managers won't even return a phone call. Worthless, horrible company.
