Hired him for a simple drain repair although it took him all day and multiple trips to lowes he did good. Then he contracted me to pour some concrete for him at a customers house. I did a great job for him. He then ducks me for a month. Because he spent my money. So I give him a second chance to work off the money he owes by doing some plumbing for me at my girlfriends house. Where he took three weeks to do nothing but cut wires in my walls. Mia cut the subfloor so badly I had re replace the subfloor as well as some floor joists that he cut. He also removed my copper pipes without asking me to replace with pex. His work ethic is poor. His quality of work is even worse. Please be cautious with this guy.Review from Larry L

Very poor quality work. They were sub-contractor for ******* *** to put in a new master shower. The work was so bad **** agreed to completely replace the shower. Rankin never arrived before 10 AM, left at 5 PM and always took an hour lunch break. It took him 17 days to do a job he had said would be 5 days. We also had him replace the floor tile. The floor has high spots and chipped tiles. When I called him about the floor he stated he knew there were problems but he thought I was OK with it. I asked for a refund but he has refused to give one.
