              I recently rented an apartment at ****** ****** in Raleigh, NC. This place used to be decent, but now I think because of it's age, you can't get good tenants and when you do they only stay for one leasing period. If is not already it will be totall* ******* * housing within the next few years. Who's going to stay in this delapidated housing and pay that much rent, unless it comes from the government. I hated it in the end. Washing machine overflowing, mold everywhere and they had the nerve to try and charge me **** to "resurface" the counter tops because the paint rubbed off. They did not produce a bill, which I asked for and finally reduced what I owed to ***** Which I am still mad about. That's how I know they were scamming me. The only thing that keep me there for 2 years was the location.
