      Never will we go here again. We were sold a lemon. Car started leaking 2 days after purchase and they did nothing to resolve the issue on my wife's vehicle. Totally unprofessional and do NOT keep their promises at all.

      Don’t go here this is all a scam I was told I got a car loan for 27000.00 I get there running my credit hoping a bank would approve me for a loan I was told to ask for Jay Tony or Chris never seen them I got there at 12pm I left at 2:30pm because they were still trying to get a car loan so I left they some straight shit

      Dear Mrs. Jones. Sorry you are not happy with your experience. When purchasing a car and getting a loan sometimes we are at the mercy of how busy the bank is and at times it take a little bit longer for them to completely process everything. When you arrive we have to send them over your pay stubs, driver license and other docs to get you verified. I wish we could make the process move faster at times however this is not in our control. You would have left in a car that day and if you chose to give us another chance please call our customer care # at *************

      Terrible experience.. I bought a 2019 Mitsubishi outlander and had problems from the start . From the beginning tony hassled me over my insurance because my mother was listed as additional driver which is totally ok since ive been with my insurance since high school. After that I finally got the car only had it for 2 weeks and the check engine light came on instead of taking care of it i had to call multiple times and speak to multiple people to schedule a service appointment. After that they wouldn’t pay for the tow truck to have it towed there and i live over a hour away . The vehicle was not drivable and hade major engine issues. They tried to force me into the vehicle. I was offered a loner and i ask why dont i just take the loaner as my new vehicle. Chris and tony who clearly do not communicate with one another gave me two different down payment pricing. I was told that I needed to put an additional 2k down and then they up the down payment to 3k . Even after I agreed they said they would not give me time to pay off this new crazy down payment. After arguing for 4 hrs and not getting any progress I decided to give up . Then chris said he was going to cancel my deal . I drove from silver spring md to this dealership and all they did was jerk me around and speak nasty to me . Very unprofessional please save your time and money.. they are completely garbage and will mess your credit up after so you cant buy a car elsewhere. Its sad that in 2023 we are still dealing with people who have no decent heart or bone in their bodies. This was by far the most terrible experience and i lost 300 of my down payment due to fees …… please warning do not go here save your time and money

      I purchased a car in September upon picking up the car I drove it 18 miles and it overheated. I called Auto Connection they made arrangements to pick up the car. They had the car for week, mind you I'm without a car for a week while the what I thought they repaired. Loosing days at work having to take vacation days. I kept calling on the status of my car, they said the mechanic would be in touch when the part come in. Days go by and they told me I can pick it up. They said they had to replace some seals in my radiator. Sixty day later the same problem came back. I took it to a garage I've been dealing with for years with previous cars the said the radiator fan mode should have been replaced before the sale of the car. I contact Auto Connection again and the said there mechanic was out sick and they would get back to me(this was on the 18th of Dec) to this date Jan 10th I haven't heard a word back and when I call it goes to voicemail because they know it's me. I stopped calling and had to go and file a claim with the BETTER BUSINES BUREAU.

      I was sooo excited when I received a call that I was approved after sooo many turn downs. Even called back several times to make sure I wasn’t having my leg pulled as I live in Baltimore Md and Manassas is very far for me (almost 2 hr drive). After gathering my courage and family up we made the drive. Everything was going well but was told that the car (2019 or 2020 Santa Fe) I was looking for was not on the lot but would need to be outsourced or I could find a car I liked which I found none. I also would need proof of what my Gap insurance was paying on my recently totaled car which I could not provide as the insurance portion of my prior car was closed for the day. Mind you it would be another two hour drive back home with nothing accomplished. This could have been told to me before I came so far. To say I was downright upset disappointed etc is an understatement. Hope they can work out the kinks as I was so excited to be there and do business with them. Will update if a better outcome happens. S/N Chris Walberg was very nice and friendly.
