1 starReview Title: Extremely Disappointing Customer Service at Bomnin Chevrolet of Manassas
I am writing to express my deep frustration with the lack of communication and support I've experienced from Bomnin Chevrolet of Manassas. For over a month, I have tried repeatedly to contact both the General Sales Manager and the Finance Manager regarding a serious issue with my vehicle, but my attempts have gone unanswered. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
After purchasing my vehicle, the check engine light illuminated, and when I brought it into their service department, they couldn’t find the issue and simply reset the light. I was advised to take it to a Ram dealership if the problem occurred again, as the car was purchased used. However, I was assured by Julio Rios, the Sales Finance Manager, that the extended warranty I purchased from him would cover any necessary repairs. He instructed me to re-submit the claim, assuring me that it would be overridden and taken care of.
Unfortunately, the claim was re-submitted but was denied a second time by the warranty company. Since then, I have left numerous messages for both Julio and the management team, but still, no one has bothered to reply. This ongoing lack of communication has caused me significant inconvenience and financial losses, as I am unable to use my vehicle for work.
I sincerely hope the management at Bomnin Chevrolet of Manassas reads this and takes immediate action to address my concerns. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking reliable customer service and support.Bomnin Chevrolet Manassas

1 starFelt so ripped off by the pass through costs of their tow agent, Mass Towing. Car is being towed today 31 miles for $225 and their tow rate charged to my tow, a .3 mile tow( meaning I can wave to this business from my house) was $200, which equates to $675 a mile. 1 starMy experience here was okay, first and foremost for those who are out of state buyers beware that they price are actually not the best prices as they state. I drove nearly 4hrs to look at a vehicle that I definitely planned on purchasing because I did think they had the best prices, but come to find out they actually do not. A $45,560 truck turned into an over a 52K truck with my trade in which they definitely tried to rip me off with. They do not let you know before that they have 6K worth of add ons for specific vehicle and then you have to pay the addition taxes, processing fees and title. If they would have told me that I would not have made that far commute but they prefer to hide the truth from individual so that they can con them into buying a car. In addition they also said my vehicle was not worth that much of a trade in so l decided to take it elsewhere where in which they offer 6K over what they did at this dealership. So if you are an out of state buyer I would recommend you to be careful because they definitely try to bend the truth and waste your time and also try to rip you completely off with your trade in so please look elsewhere and shop around and also go to different places to get your vehicle apprised because they will really try they hardest to convince you that not only your vehicle is not worth anything but that pieces of the vehicle are not accurate at all so to all marked up items they add to there vehicle. 1 starHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Please read entirely and be warned. Bomnin in Manassas was having what looked to be great sale on 2024 Silverado. I live 2.5hr from there but the sale would make the drive worth it. I called and spoke to a salesman named *****. We talked and mostly text for a couple days over details. He advised that all new trucks that come in get a sprayed in bedliner and running boards at an added charge. I told him that put it over what I wanted to pay. He then told me he would have it so they wouldn't be added when the truck came in so I wouldn't have that extra charge. The truck was supposed to be delivered mid to late Aug. this started Aug. 8th. ***** advised me to put a $1,000 down as first right of refusal for the truck. One of their cashiers called me and I put the money down. She even made sure I had the Vin, so this was my truck. Back and forth we went in text because ***** was always busy. On Sept. 9th I called the dealership directly. ***** was on vacation. The manager I spoke to said there was no way the truck could be sold without the add on. He then advised me that the truck I put money on was sold to someone else a week earlier! So explain to me how the manager after finding out I was lied to for over a month all he was willing to do was refund my money. Not match our agreement or anything. He told me I would have my refund in about 30min. Two days later still no refund. Now after waiting on hold for 20min. with no manager answering. Then being told one will call me right back (2.5hrs) later no call. I can't get a manager to answer the phone or call me back. This is a horrible way to run a business. Why would an employee expect that they can be alloowed to get away with this and why wouldn't a manager try to do more than give a simple sorry and offer a refund for my down-payment. 1 starBomnin kept my Tahoe for three weeks without any proactive communication about the status of the repair of the transmission (under warranty). After countless voicemails, calls (most of which were dropped) and visits, they finally serviced my car and made it available for pickup at 6PM on the 20th, when I had planned to leave for vacation that morning. ****, the service manager, assured me that the car was repaired and safe for a road trip with my family of 6. Bomnin also handed me a complimentary safety inspection. About one week later, our transmission failed en route to *******, in the middle of rural ************** on a Sunday with the message, transmission failure. My family had to ride 4 at a time in the front of a tow truck without seatbelts. Half of my family waited alongside the highway for over an hour. Bomnin management has not replied to my emails and ****, our service contact, only had the comment, I cant really do anything for you since youre not in ********. I am disappointed in the communication of this dealership and horrified by the way they apparently lied about work they did, endangered my family and currently feel no responsibility to make it right. 1 starNever buy a car from Bomnin! In 2021 we bought a 2016 Buick Encore. Beforehand we looked at the car history and saw a history of A/C issues. When we went to look at the car we asked about it. We were assured the entire car was checked out and the A/C was fine. It wasn't. The refrigerant leaked from the start and within the year we ended up replacing a cracked condenser for ~$1100.
Now we have a battery that is failing and still under the warranty period, they refuse to warranty the battery because we didn't buy the battery separately. This was after I called and the parts department told me they would replace it under warranty, then the service department refused. I guess they just looked to get me to come down there so they could sell me a new battery.
Lying salesmen, warranty refusal, and a manager that doesn't give a darn about clients.

1 starMy experience was not good. I was pushed around about the delivery date of my vehicle. I waited almost 2 months after being given several delivery dates. I was also told from the beginning the out the door price and the car had everything I wanted. Then a week later when I had to make my deposit the car all of a sudden didn’t have heated seats but I was assured they could do that for an additional $500. Finally I pick up the car and the entire front end is damaged on top of not having heated seats. I found out later after the car was repaired from the service department that they don’t install heated seats. My salesmen then had aftermarket heated seats installed whiteout me knowing about that prior. I have left several voicemails for the general manager and no one will contact me back.Review fromSyed N

1 starCharged me over msrp but was promise msrp and they did it by adding “aftermarket adjustment” which I never got and was told it will be removed for example ceramic coating which I never got and was never put on either and they said themself if I want it will be put on. I called soo many times they brushed me off or Hang up on me. Finance manager joe.c Sanchez will rob you and is sneaky do not do business with these people.
