On July 15, 2021 Edwin Clever, Principal Broker for Derbyshire Real Estate, LLC entered into a Consent Order with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation Real Estate Board. The Order settles allegations that Edwin Clever violated the following: Actions constituting failing to act as a real estate broker or salesperson in such a manner as to safeguard the interests of the public by not ensuring that employees were licensed to perform services that required a salesperson’s license and failure to have signature authority on all escrow accounts for Derbyshire when he became principal broker of Derbyshire.
Mr. Clever acknowledges an understanding of the charges and admits to the violations outlined in the Report of Findings. For more details go to http://www.dpor.virginia.gov.
