    In late November we stop by to get our 2005 Monico Windsor Coach in for service on the Cummins engine. We were asked to make an appointment so we did for December 6. My husband wrote a very detailed message about the issue we were seen with too high boost on the turbo. 2 1/2 weeks after the coach was dropped off it had not been moved or seen or checked for issues. At three weeks and several texts and phone calls later they went to start it and the battery was dead so they locked it up and moved onto the next customer not bothering to get the service truck and boost it. So again after several phone calls and texts to ***** and **** they only told us that well there was vacations in sickness and people out there and they get to it as soon as they could. Come to find out some idiot had written “low boost” on the ticket not high boost or too much boost so the technician decided that the air filter needed to be changed because that would cause low boost which wasn’t the problem in the first place ever. When they finally got the coach into the shop and read the sensor code, they called Cummins engine, they called Monaco which is now REV group to no avail because they didn’t know what they were doing at Piedmont. We had told Piedmont that we were trying to leave for Florida mid January and yet the coach sat there for almost a month without any resolution to it. There were several emails there were several phone calls from us to Piedmont with no customer service back to us Regarding anything about the coach good bad or indifferent. My husband finally went over there and again talked to ***** and **** and decided he would just bring the coach home because obviously they didn’t care enough to help us get resolution on the problem. We called Cummins and had a service technician come out and diagnose it as a bad actuator. We’ve missed our window for our trip. And I would like reimbursement from what we spent needlessly over at Piedmont . We’ve use Piedmont in the past for parts for tires but we will never use them again. When I was in customer service my customers knew almost on a daily basis what the status of their orders problems and resolution was. Piedmont apparently has no clue what customer services
