Purchased a motor from them after speaking with them a couple days. They could not find the motor after taking my funds. A refund could not be issued according to them for whatever reason. No solution has been made for going on two days.Business response

Hello Mr. *****,
We notified the customer that the motor was not in stock. ******** service provider Stripe takes two days before a refund can be initiated from the merchant side. It takes 48 hours for the funds to hit the merchant account and then the merchant can issue a refund from his end. To be speed up the process, customer was offered a Paypal refund that would have been instantaneous, and offered to send a certified check overnight. Both options were declined by the individual. After two days, his payment was refunded as per his guidance. I understand how frustrating this was for the customer, and he made sure to leave us negative review on multiple platforms. As as business, we strive to offer the best possible service we possible can and will continue to do so.
