Refund and Exchange Policy

• Subscription access refund:  Student is eligible to request a refund of the subscription fee for the subscription access period if Student has not accessed any portion of the online course and has not violated Company’s Terms and Conditions.

  “New to the site” and “Already registered” subscription purchases are the only refund-eligible subscriptions under the conditions listed above.

  “Need additional time on the course” (access time extension) subscription purchases are not eligible for a refund.

  The refund request for a subscription fee must be made in writing via email within 5 days of the subscription purchase.

  No refunds for a subscription fee will be issued for requests made after 5 days of the purchase of the subscription.

  Mailed certificate refund: Student is eligible to request a refund of a mailed certificate of completion fee as long as the certificate of completion has not been mailed to the Student. No refunds for mailed certificates will be issued for requests made after 5 days of expiration of course subscription.

  Student acknowledges and agrees that any valid refund request of a subscription fee and/or mailed certificate, subject to the terms and conditions of the refund policy, will result in the Student’s immediate revocation of access to the online course and final exam.

  Allow up to 30 days for refunds to be issued.

  Audio read-along refund:  audio add-on purchases are not eligible for a refund.
