Horrible job on service contract.
Immediately following a summer service i turned on my AC and found out that the outlet temperature was 4 degrees lower than the input.
I fired Platinum and this is what i discovered after another company serviced the units

4 lbs of coolant required
2 p-traps were clogged
Insulation against the cooling coil trapping air flow
A schrader valve was loose

Their invoice said the service was **** and the technicial spent no more than 5 minutes checking out the two air handlers

Had annual service performed on Tuesday August 3. 2021. Service man arrived around 0830 ready to perform his duties and after I opened the door, He went right to work. The technician introduced himself and explained what the service consisted of. He started on the downstairs unit by cleaning the unit, replacing the filter the filter. He then went upstairs and performed the same service on the upstairs unit. He also checked and performed services on the drain to ensure that it was open and clean. We then proceeded to the garage and performed the same services on the downstairs unit. He also went under the deck in the back yard to check the drain lines open and accessable. Once that was completed, he proceeded to the outside compressor units and performed the test on both units and then too the necessary steps to clean the units any trash or dirt inside each unit, Washed both units inside and out with cleaning material then rinsed both unites for cleanliness.
I was amazed at the time he took to make sure that the assigned task was completed in accordance with what I considered excellent work. Platinum Air 500 should be proud to have employees working for them that take the tim and effort to complete an assigned task with such a high quality of workmanship. The individual conducting this was JARELL ****** I was really pleased with the performance and integrity with his workmanship.

Awesome service from Jarrell ! Neat, polite, and did a great job communicating with us for our annual AC service. Highly recommend this business.
