May 2912:52pm contacted MW auto and spoke to ****. He informed Me that he happen to have the company phone but they were closed. He stated that there were 9 people who were interested in the same vehicle.May 30th 10:49 am called MW auto during buisness hours and spoke to **** and proceeded to tell Me there is another potential buyer infront of Me looking at the car at the time. Try to call back later to see if it was still avaliable. I told him that I would be driving aprox 1 hr 40 minutes to see the car if it is avaliable. Got a msg.11:14 MW associate **** called and was told the car was still avaliable. I made plans and told him that I will be getting off work around **** that day and will call when I leave so he can have a better ETA.12:15 called My bank to start the process of the loan and what I needed to do cause there was a good chance I'll be getting this car if it was a good fit for Me .There is a screen shot of the email My bank sent Me at 12:52 saying they received the application for the loan. It will be processed with in 24 to 48 hrs.15:54 called MW to let **** know I was on My way.Aprox **** arrived at MW dealership. Checked the car out. Test Drove the car.Told **** I was interested in the car, told him that I allready started the process for the loan of the car, gave 4k in a check as a down-payment to hold the car and that My bank will contact them with further details on getting them the money since I am dealing with My bank in S.C. He was fully aware of the time frame it was going to take for My bank to contact him which he was ok with that. Signed the contract which I provided. I took a picture of the check and the contract on ****'s desk. I've also provided another copy of the contract signed agreement with out check on top. It states it is As-is on the contract form but I have a picture of the paper that I found in the car when testing the car stating it is under warrantee and gave a time frame of how long it would last.May 31st8:32 am called My bank to see where the loan is on the process and they said once again 24 to ********************************* with further information.1358 got a call from MW but a voice mail was left. I was at work and couldn't pick up the phone at the time. The msg was from **** and said he needed to talk to Me but he will be on lunch break from **** to ********* I called MW and spoke to ****. He stated that the contract that we both signed will be null and voided and that My down payment is no longer applicable. I questioned it multiple times stating that it was out of My hands at this point that I'm waiting for My bank to respond back. I gave him 4k as a down payment as My intentions were to buy the car. He proceeded to to tell Me that the owner of the buisness told him to say that and the car would be sold. I was at work when I got the dishearting notice about the signed contract was no longer valid. I was distressed at this point extremely concern what else can happen post the dishonesty from MW dealership. They had all My personal information, drivers liscence number and information, and check with bank information with routing number.1607 called ******** police and also called the police that is allocated to that district. I was advised by the police that it is a civil manor and they couldn't take statements and or retrieve My personal check from the dealership.1618 Called My bank to report what had happen especially since they were the one that was processing the loan application. I put a freeze on the check and was advised to put a freeze on My credit score as well. Sadly it will cost Me $30 a month now but it is semi peace of mind cause I worked so hard to build up My credit score.June 1st1351 MW dealership owner called Me to talk to Me directly. I told him I am no longer interested in the vehicle due to breach of contract which was informed by his associate ****. He asked if I can work with him directly and I politely decline cause there was a breach of contract as is, what else can happen.
