Ordered sneakers for my son's birthday on 5/22. They said to allow 7-12 business days to ship then another 7 - 16 days to arrive. I' hadn't heard anything and emailed them 6/12 - no response. June 19 emailed again- no response. Text received on 6/21 shoes shipped. 7/12 no shoes...emailed again. NO RESPONSE. They had NO problem taking my $ on 5/22.... My son did not get his present. I am out $ and have to spend more $ to get legit present. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I haven't been able to get my $ back from Sneakfoot ...I will keep trying...Review from Karen J

Ordered a pair of shoes in 2020 and got a fake tracking number to make it seem like that were going ship it out. Never responds to emails and deletes all negative comments and reviews. Scammed a lot of people out of their money and won’t do anything about it. To show how they scam, they got their website taken down by Shopify and their instagram account because people were over them scamming other people.Review from Elizabeth A

I ordered ****** * ***** ***** **** ***** on January 9th. I waited patiently after 16 business days about where my shoes are. They do not reply back to you at all. I have sent about 20 emails from February 1st to June 23rd. I have asked for a refund, because I cannot deal wit the unprofessionalism. I have been patient time and time again. Unfortunately, I purchased the shoes through ******, and they wont give me the money back until SneakFootco scamming self gives the money back.

I ordered my shoes on April 24th. They blame Covid as the reason for delays when they are just using that as an excuse to steal money. I expected sites that go through ****** to be legit but this is just straight up sickening that even ****** would support this. This company is disgusting the way they do business. I'm reading reviews on what others are saying. They never receive their shoes. Thank God, I haven't paid the full amount yet but I'm still going to try to get my money back through the bank. This company is a complete scam and I hope they burn in hell for taking peoples money that invest in this poor business. I was starting to wonder why I haven't heard nothing from them not a email nor text, not a single shipping update. The mailbox is full I'm sure from pissed off customers they don't respond to you whatsoever. Just poor display of professionalism and I pray to God they get shut down or caught for fraud.Review from Kaytoia C

Ordered my son some shoes March 6th and I still haven’t received them. Customer service number go straight to a voicemail that u can’t save a message. I’ve sent several emails. They finally sent like a broad email on 04/19 that any customer placed a order prior to 04/12 would receive a refund .Haven’t received a refund or any other correspondence since then. I’ve sent messages though Instagram and email.Review from Andre C

I ordered a pair of jordan 1's chicago black toe back on Halloween night 2020 and i still haven't received them. what a waste of $***. I have left emails, ** and ** messages and haven't received a response back HORRIBLE "COMPANY".
