    As a patient who has been under your care for over five years, it is with great disappointment that I address these issues, hoping for acknowledgment and improvement in your services. 1. ******************* and Responsiveness: On Nov 16, 2023 I underwent a tooth extraction at your clinic. Following the procedure, I experienced significant bleeding and discomfort, for which I was prescribed antibiotics and generic pain medication. Unfortunately, the pain escalated over the weekend, reaching an unbearable level by Saturday night. On Monday morning, I called your office before opening hours and left a detailed message about my condition, urgently requesting assistance. Regrettably, the response was not only delayed but also unsatisfactory. When your staff member, *******, returned my call at nearly 10 AM, she mentioned that the dentist had been with a patient since opening - a claim that seemed unlikely given my knowledge of your clinic and the openness of staff to walk in on the dentist with concerns and patient needs. Despite ********* assurance to call back with a plan, I did not receive any follow-up until 2:37 PM. Even then, the response was dismissive, with no immediate solution offered for my pain. Moreover, the promised prescription update was not fulfilled, and my subsequent calls, along with those from my husband and the pharmacy, were ignored. 2. Professional Conduct and ***************** I have also observed a high turnover of employees at your practice, which I believe may be due to the treatment they receive. This is concerning as it potentially impacts the quality of care provided to patients. 3. Insurance Billing Practices: Lastly, I advise patients to vigilantly review their insurance statements. It is crucial to ensure that the billed services match the treatments actually received.
