Took advantage of my military disability. I keep asking to speak to the owners and they are ignoring me. They knew I have a severe driving disability and told me I could return a couch qgter I moved 4 hours away. When I lived 8 minutes away they refused. I told them.if I moved I couldn't come back due to my severe driving disability. Once I moved they agreed to let me return only.of I paid for everything and drove it back. I lived 7 minutes away and was told no. It's such c*** I keep telling them let me donate the couch and give me a refund. It's shameful.

Buyer beware! I purchased a couch (w/electric recliners) and loveseat (w/manual recliners) about 2 1/2 years ago from Trivett's Furniture in Fredericksburg. We hadn't had the furniture quite a year when the one side of the sofa with the electric recliners stopped working and was stuck in the reclined position. ********* customer service **** that deals with repairs started the process of getting the new motor and parts immediately. I thought it would be an easy process. But here we are another year and a half later and it is still not repaired! I have called to resolve this problem no less than 25 times in 1 1/2 years. The repairmen have been to my house no less than 6 or 8 times and the recliner still doesn't work and recently the other side stopped working but fortunately isn't stuck in the fully reclined position. So we now have no recliners working on our couch. We both have very bad knees and needed the recliners. I can't tell you how much time I've wasted taking time off work to wait for the repairman only to find out he doesn't have the part or the part doesn't fix the issue and something else needs to be ordered. On top of that months would go by without any contact from Trivetts and when i would finally call they would say,, "i don't see where the part was ordered" or "things are slow from covid" ect. Today the repairman came to fix the recliner that hasn't worked in 1 1/2 years. I really thought it was getting fixed this time, however he asks me for the parts that he was told was mailed to me but weren't so again nothing is done!! The customer service communicating with me, the manufacturer, the repair side are INEPT! The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I've never dealt with a company so unreliable and with the most poor customer service as this one. Our future couch, loveseat and chair purchases will be only from LAZYBOY! It's true, you get what you pay for but the junk we purchased at ********* wasn't cheap either!
