Should have known something was off when they kept mentioning their "assessment fee." was 99 bucks--it must be the only way they get paid. Had a busted out elbow in a sink. Their initial price was 485 for installing an elbow, then I told them I'd go with that if they could guarantee it'd drain and without leaking, to which they replied it'd be another 380 to check that it'd drain by running a manual snake down the pipe--when I asked why snaking the drain--a 3 minute job--was worth 380, they just said "that's what it says in the book." I was afraid they'd further bust the pipe in the wall, since they hadn't even been able to assess the need without me walking them through it, and I wasn't keen on paying out almost 1000 bucks for a minor repair, so I paid them the 99 bucks for, essentially, wasting my time.Review from James S.

Done leak test found one leak and fixed. Put water on Radiator system and left said no leaks. filled slow and leaks in 4 spots. billed 677.00 less than 1 hr of workReview from Ruth B

We had some plumbing problems that Jared and his crew fixed promptly and efficiently. Jared went over every detail plus the cost beforehand that was involved in the work to be done. My A/C unit stopped working on a Sunday night. I called them Monday morning, and a technician came out Tuesday afternoon. I was 100% satisfied with the prompt, professional service provided. No it was the most horrible experience I ever had with a company. I left yah a message needing my elements changed in my water heater. Lady called and said she got my message but right now they dont have any plumbers available and it probably wouldn't be till next week. I can put you on the books for Monday and if you find someone else to give us a call. I said ok. Then got a call Thursday say they had someone that come within the hr. I said perfect. No one ever mentioned a 99 fee for coming out. And never in my life Ive ever got a quote for over 500 to changed water heating elements.Review from Rick K

We had this company install a new HVAC system and every summer it leaks and freezes the system. We’ve had them come out to assess the system for leaks and problems multiple times and they claim that there is nothing wrong with it. They can’t find a source of the leak, but it constantly leaks. They refuse to back their work and keep billing us for repairs and filling up the system again. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone! It’s been a huge waste of money for us and a constant frustration!Review from Douglas S

Last fall when we had our furnace serviced the technician told us we needed the heating kit replaced because it could catch on fire. Since we were trusting him we agreed to have him replace it. We were charged over $500 for the part and labor. We kept the old part and later found out the part was not bad and would not have caused a fire. We did not learn this until after we had paid for the service contract for this year. Yesterday a technician came to service our unit once again. This time we were told the capacitor needed to be replaced for $200. In fact he had already taken the capacitor off and was getting ready to replace without telling us first!! We told him to put it back on. We contacted another plumber and found out the part is only $8 and takes less than 10 minutes to replace. We will no longer use Blue Mountain!!
