I am absolutely appalled by the way this company handles payments, loans etc. I defaulted on an agreed payment plan to which I contacted them expressing that I could no longer continue paying off the agreed payment and that unfortunately it would have to go to collections. This company wanted nothing of it. They stopped harrassing me via phone calls and excessive voice mails for a couple of months. This company on more than one occasion has cleared out my entire bank account. To my dismay I woke up to a pending charge one morning of nearly 500.00 dollars. This amount was taken on a day not agreed upon. We agreed on two payments a month on every other Friday. I contacted them to express that they had not only taken what I had to pay rent but the food off my families table for 2 WEEKS. They refused to refund me anything. They charged two different transactions to tell me I still owed them money. I woke up today to a pending charge of 200.00 dollars. the amount owed is less than that. Every time I have called they were completely unreasonable. I was spoken over and made to feel stupid and belittled. I work in a Hospital and we would NEVER do this to a client. It is horrible business practices. This company holds no compassion or regard for their clients. As long as their entitled Dr.s and employees get what's owed to them, that's all they care about. This was my first interaction with a dental office. I came in with 700 dollars to my name, needing a root canal. They upsold me on things I didn't need to mediate the issue with my tooth to almost $4000. Coming from growing up without resources to have dental work done and a single parent that did their best I don't have the best teeth. I to them was a dentists dream. I will never ever return to this business nor will I ever recommend their service to anyone in need. They are thieves and should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. If I could go back with what I know now, I would go to an honest and true Dr. STAY AWAY.
