If I could leave less than one star, I would. First, the service manager at Danville Toyota is extremely rude and it’s going to cost the place business by keeping him on board. I decided to get an oil change at another business and was told by that business that they could not remove my oil filter, it was on too tight and they were unable to remove it. They informed me that this was an issue they had been seeing from cars serviced at Danville Toyota. So I return to Toyota service center to get them to “untighten” it so I could get my oil changed where I chose to. The service manager said if they adjusted it, I would have to sign a waiver stating that if my car blew up they were not at fault. He says this in front of at least 3 other customers. I asked for the manager. He pranced off angrily, opened a side door where a man was seated and said “Here he is.” He left, came back and told me to move my car. I handed him the key since thats what I normally do when my car is being serviced here, and he flounced off all puffed up and says he not touching my car. Now this is the SERVICE MANAGER of this place. So I’m left wondering who and why is there an issue with oil filters being placed too tightly here, to where other service centers are unable to remove them without damage and you are forced to return back to the “scene of the crime”, so to speak . Because of this experience, I will never purchase a vehicle nor have one serviced from this particular dealership ever again and I will share this experience. I did speak with a customer relations lady and the man in the office about all of this. He couldn’t get into his computer to see who changed my oil last, he said. She promised to get back to me but, honestly , we will see. I refused to allow them to service my car after this because I did not trust the outcome. Toyotas are good cars but drive pass this particular dealership if you intend on getting your car serviced here.

Bad faith dealings, they will keep you on the hook for days then decide to add on extra fees and raise the price at the end. Trying to squeeze every last dollar they can get from you. They are hoping that the amount of time you put will then will let them take advantage and get paid extra. STAY AWAY, Take your money to a valued dealership
