      I made an appt for them to come out,told her water leak,water heater.The woman made my appt.That was it,never mentioned I would be charged for them to come out. They came out,only at residence about 30 mins. We stood in yard by their vehicle and chatted,for a bit,they wrote down info about stuff they need. They never asked for any money and said would be back in next couple days.They left. I called to see if they could do an estimate and email to me and also i needed them to come next day. Manager,got on phone,said sending estimate. I informed her of the mess workers made,the screws were missing and paneling was damaged and not holding up. I had to find tape to put up there. She told me approx time they could come,because booked up. She wasn't very friendly. She never or nobody ever,mentioned anything about money,but asked did i pay workers anything, i said no(,as i never knew i had to)I called 4 other places after,found one could come soon and not as expensive. All i called,were much cheaper.So, i called Blue Ridgeback,she got on phone again and was very rude. Said delete the estimate and hung up. She was never apologetic,very rude and sarcastic.I have never seen such rudeness from a business. After seeing the comments on ******,i can see others were not happy either and i spoke to other businesses who said they have heard bad stuff about Blue Ridge.So, the other day about the 10th, i get this bill from Blue Ridge,saying i owe $100 + $50 + interest fee. For what,...them to come out tear up,make a mess and my screws were missing too. This is scam,charge me,not full warn me at all,in all the times i spoke with anyone,never. Then I have to pay for repair to be done on paneling and replacement of screws .Their estimate is outrageous,The workers that did replace the water heater,did the work in 35 mins.They said had heard about Blue Ridge and said seems as though they are mad,so trying to get. A lot money for nothing.

      First let me say it was our fault for not telling her there was a service call fee for even pulling in her driveway.My plumber did leave the screws out since they thought they would be returning in a couple of days.  We quoted the job to the customer and tried to schedule with her.  Ms. ****** only wanted 2PM in the afternoon and I told her the job would take approximately 4 hours because we had to move items to get the hot water heater out so we could install the new one.  She did not want a morning appointment, we finally agreed upon a later morning appointment after talking on 4/20/22.  On April 21, 2022, she called us to cancel and say she found someone else.We voided our quote and sent her the bill for the diagnosis.

      I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This letter is to let the Blue Ridge know that we will pay 55 to them after having to pay out for  repairs for their damages also there was cleanup that had to be done from the mess they left. The letter,you sent stated need  4 hours there was nothing to be moved as mentioned in the letter and it only took one guy to do the work that you, would have done.It only took him 30 mins.to do it and after speaking to other businesses they said it would have only taken just one worker to do the job and they clean up any messes.The woman replying was not there so she does not know what happened and most of any business that cares about getting customers and a good reputation knows that their workers are not always what they seem to be all the time,unless that's just how the business is,overall. There were items on that repair list emailed that weren't even needed for original replacement of water heater,just to let you know. With that said no more back and forth 55(because of remained we had to pay for work ) has been sent and because AND ONLY because we didn't  want to not give something for their time even though it was just 30 minutes of a mess and not to mention the doorways were destroyed so it left it open to insects coming in and a mouse got in.Last message sent here and this is ALSO in re to the letter just sent to us in regular mail.no more contact..A death in family and won't be in a signal anytime soon.  Regards, ******* ******

      Will not accept.  Our service call fee to check anything is $100 plus there was a travel fee for that area.  This charge is for my truck to pull in a customer drive way to diagnose the problem.  This service call fee is for everyone.  Thank you.
