Date of purchase was September 17, 2021. Paid approximately ********* ******* ********* Homes had left many of our issues with our purchase unresolved. They did not stick to the contract in regards to our signed agreed upon concrete driveway, they did less concrete than the signed site plan stated. No response back to us or our real estate agent ever to this day. Their contractors damaged many items in our home including: damaged quartz kitchen countertop chipped and scratched by builder's contractors (terrible repair job done, asked builder to attempt to do a better repair or replace if the repair can not be noticed), kitchen cabinet doors and drawers scratched from paint overspray on them and still have paint overspray, master fiberglass Roman tub damaged with scratches and finish rubbed off by painters trying to remove paint overspray with a sanding block, two damaged doors not replaced or fixed, OSB subfloors make crunching/creaking sound when walking, enclosed back porch door threshold never replaced as promised so water leaks in, screws popping out of drywall all over on ceilings and walls, cracked and finish damaged on downstair's fiberglass shower, defective crank out windows not fixed or replaced as of yet, improper crown molding caulking was used in that the caulking is separating and cracking (didn't use flexible crown molding caulk), terrible paint job and wood work on stairs and railing, and carpet contractors stapled carpet down in many areas not allowing for future stretching. We would like all of these items exchanged out, fixed properly, and done by professionals.
