            Five years and the Control Defrost Board went, ********* part number. Ampmor installed the part. Problem is after the part was in, Tony the technician told me that the part will be over ***** I understand the trip charge ect.. But not **** for a part??? After the shock I looked up the part and it is a *** part. Come to find out, Ampmor uses a Computer Program to figure out prices for them. They flat out refused to explain the percentage used or itemize, to show how they come up with that price. The Manager Dennis, attempted to talk over me, yelling on the phone and was the rudest person after I began to ask questions. Either he could not answer my questions or they are hiding cost to the Costumer, or both. I will never use Ampmor, there are some shenanigans going on and do not have the Customer in mind. The customer deserves to know what they are paying for. Manger Dennis said they use a flat rate system. That is a lie. The rate is dependent on the part and the computer program they use automatically puts in a surge charge, which is their profit margins. The customer has no idea what they are paying for.

            It is unfortunate to receive such comments from a long time customer because he was not satisfied with our service on this day. We did everything in our power to make this customer happy, including offering to remove the part and leaving with out any charges, also he was given a *** discount on top of a Maintenance agreement discount already in place. We provide and quote to all our customers so they may shop around if desired. Mr. ********** would not be satisfied and was rude to our staff. For that reason we recommended he seek a alternative HVAC company to handle his needs as we were unable to satisfy him. Dennis
