I am currently on a sublease through Woodard Properties residing in ****************************** in *****************************************. My heat went out yesterday. When I called the emergency maintenance line to report the outage, I was informed my address was not serviced by them. This is completely untrue and I can provide a copy of my lease if needed. Furthermore it is completely unacceptable and inhumane to deny heat to a consumer in the dead of winter. This is not the first issues I have had with Woodard denying accountability for household issues.Customer response

TeTo Whom It May ****************** are in receipt of BBB Case # ********.
***************** is a subtenant, leasing a space from residents of Woodard Properties. The unit subleased by ***************** does have a different address than the larger property, which created some confusion when she called in a service request after hours under the subleased property address. ****************** submitted her service request on Sunday, January 22, and it was addressed when our office opened on Monday, January 23. I am unable to see any other service requests for ****************** that have not been completed in a timely manner. ll us why here...
